Signed contract with Sun Energy in November of 2021 for solar panels, battery, and windows for my whole house. Panels and battery did not get going until March of 2022 after some issues with the battery, but the company reimbursed me for the two payments I made while awaiting the installation. I was told originally that the windows would take some time but in June of 2022 after having two different guys come to measure, I still had no windows. *********** came out and gave an eta of 6-8 weeks. In October of 2022, I wrote an email expressing my frustrations and sent it to every email address I had at the company, as I'd tried to call and got no answer. In February of 2023, I FINALLY got ahold of *************************, CEO who had taken over for ******. He was very apologetic and said he'd get the issue resolved for me by either getting windows installed or issuing a refund. I got a call from Accounting in March saying they were going to refund me the windows portion of my loan, over $20,000. I was told via email I'd be getting the check the first week of April. No check ever showed up. When I called to follow up, I was abruptly told the matter had been referred to their legal department and they could no longer speak to me. I engaged an attorney and sent a demand letter for the price of the windows to be answered by July of 2023. There has been no response. In the meantime, the panels I have are not generating enough energy, maybe because my windows are so inefficient, and I had to pay $1100 to ****** last spring. I'm currently on month 10 of 12 and already owe $1300, so that amount will go up.

Bought solar panels in August of 2022, Start making payments in October of 2022 but nothing was installed. I was promised reimbursement from sales rep and project manager up until PTO on my system. System got installed in January of 2023. I had a leak in March of 2023. They claimed they fixed it and promised me they would send someone out to fix my interior ceiling. They kept pushing me off and then claim someone was gonna come out in May 26, 2023. No one showed up and they promised to reschedule. They never followed up. I tried calling the company several times and they promised me they would call back to reschedule. No one ever did. I contacted my sales rep and he did nothing about it. About a month ago, I got 2 more leaks and tried calling them and their phone went straight to voicemail that didnt let me record a message. I tried calling again a week ago and left a message. Nothing happened.

I signed a contract for new install in April 2022, due to material issues I wasn't installed until Aug 2022. The installation was never finished and I keep getting threatened by AEP that my lights will shut off due to system being on. The system is not on and is missing parts and approval and I still get my energy by from my light company.

"I hired SunEnergy around March 2000 to re-roof my house and install a whole-house solar system. Unfortunately, we discovered aroundFebuary 2023 that the roof was improperly installed, leaving a significant gap between the walls of our Den and Garage, leading to potential secondary damages. SunEnergy sent a roofer to verify the improper installation, which was confirmed. Now, the challenge lies in finding someone from SunEnergy to fix the roof, as our contract states that hiring anyone other than SunEnergy for repairs voids the warranty. I urgently need them to rectify the issue. Additionally, when the solar system was installed, I was promised an oversized system that would eliminate my electric bill. However, this hasn't been the case, and despite multiple attempts, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation or a visit to assess the solar system's functionality. The situation has become increasingly worrisome as I am unable to contact SunEnergy through any of the provided phone numbers. All phone numbers including the websites phone number has full Voicemails that are never emptied. And the cell phone numbers that I had been given are now all disconnected and no longer in service. It's vital to access the 10-year roof warranty and the 25-year solar warranty that I paid for, but without proper communication, this seems impossible." In addition while they were here in 2000 they ruined a brand new leather sofa due to negligence in not covering anything in the garage or the inside of the house! My den looked like a filthy sandy beach! Can you please help me move forward in a resolution? ****** ******* ************ ****************

I put a down payment for a home charging unit for my EV back on June 14th. I paid a down payment of **** for a unit that would in total cost ****. My rep kept telling me each week the part should be in the following week. I contacted her again on July 20th and she advised that her and much of the rest of the company had been let go. She gave me the contact info for several of the companies officers (*******************, CEO. *****************, head of operations) and both did not answer. I called the businesses main office and got no answer as well. I want the money I put down refunded

The installer setup my solar 2 years ago. It has since failed and not performed as expected. I have been trying to reach the company for 1 month now and are unable to have them return my call. I have now had to use a separate installer to fix my system. Since then my electric bill has sky rocketed and I am still paying for the loan on a product that is not working.
