    Worst customer service. They keep trying to fix things I didn't take the car into for repairs. After dealing with them having the car for about a month they said the car was done. I paid what they said was owed. I then get a call a week later saying they didn't calculate correctly and I still owe money.

    Very dishonest shop. Lied to me about repairs. Charged me for repairs that were not needed. And then ended up replacing what I had originally took it there for which was under warranty. So, I got charged 2300.00 for something that was NOT broken, and they refuse to refund my money. Filed a complaint with the bureau of automotive. They think because I am a woman, they could take advantage of me and my knowledge of cars. My X husband was a Mecannic for 40 years. I live in a very small town, and this was unacceptable service. People had warned me about them, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My bad, but never again. Will be sure to let the residents of Red Bluff not to use this shop.
