Advertised New in Box, box taped shut at arrival. I ordered a 40amp battery for blower. Put it in the charger checked two hours later did not take a charge. Put my working battery in charged in 30 minutes. So tried it again still no charge. Contacted them it does not work, take pictures. Take pictures of what it is not working? Next email I was beyond two day limit. I do not recall a two day notice when I bought it. Now I am arguing with ***** Buyer beware I will never use this company again and advise anyone considering not to.

I had an active acct with ********************** and requested a commission check. I waited a month and never received it. When I tried to contact them via my account, I found that my account had been inactivated. I could not buy or sell or request a commission check via my account. So I used their email and advised that I had not received the previously requested refund check. Crickets! I also asked why my account had been inactivated. Crickets! This happened to me a few years ago and they were holding $1500 in commissions for me. So I contacted my attorney general and had my check within 2 weeks! So I suppose I will have to contact my attorney general again!

I had a bad experience as both a seller and buyer. First, I sold a bathing suit in new condition. The buyer tried it on, got deodorant all over it, then claimed I sent it that way. Poshmark allowed her to dirty up my clothing and return it to me. I contacted them and they did absolutely nothing about it and stopped responding to emails. I lost money on this with shipping and fees. A couple years later I tried to give the app another chance, buying a pair of ********** shorts for my daughter - its a childs brand from ******. They arrived much different than listed, but the seller went on to say theyre actually womens shorts and I should have expected that. I contacted customer service again explaining that this brand is a childrens brand, using a tape measure in photos, and showing everything about her description was off. They wouldnt let me return them or get a refund. How anyone can successfully use this company, I do not know.

BUYER BEWARE! So Poshmarks return policy of sending the item back in 2 business days is a sham. It doesn't matter what time they send you the email with the return label, that day counts as the first day! I recently had a Poshmark Support email that arrived at 1:30pm in my inbox. Time was ticking already. Only issue was that this was on a Friday and I don't have a printer at home. I had already left work, where I could have printed the label, an hour prior. During this whole Poshmark Support messaging, I was transparent about not having a printer at home. They "graciously" (ya right) extended the return time to Tuesday, but honestly, Friday was not a FULL DAY BECAUSE THE ***** WASN'T SENT UNTIL AFTER 12NOON. The more I've dealt with Poshmark Support, the more I realize I need to stop buying from Poshmark all together.

I sent a $345 order which got delivered to a secured **** parcel locker. 3 days after it was delivered, the buyer falsely claimed she never got the package. Poshmark paid me on the 4th day after it was delivered. 9 days later, Poshmark refunded the buyer (even if I know for a fact the buyer lied) and removed the funds from my account. I only noticed when I checked my daily balance activity. They responded, claiming it was a temporary removal and that the money was immediately put back. That was not true. Had I not checked, I would never had known that they swiped money from my account. The sales report shows I got paid but does not show the removal of that money. Very sneaky. To add insult to injury, after their first response (which was false information), I emailed them several times, with no replies. Hence, I am writing this review as my 1st step. I wonder how often they do this and if sellers even notice. I strongly suggest that active sellers check their daily redeemable balance activity.

I was scammed out of $326 from a company called Sunnies4less on Poshmark. On March 26th, I made a purchase, or rather $326 was taken from my account without my consent from this company. I initially liked the item and requested to have the original price of $350 brought down to $300. The next morning the money was taken from my account without authorization. That was already a red flag! I held off on reporting the issue to by bank because it was an item that I really wanted. Days later, I patiently waited for a tracking number from the company which was eventually sent to me after I raised concern to customer care. I was given a tracking number through **** that showed the item was in ** and that it was waiting for a receipt from the seller in order for it to be processed and sent to me. The initial delivery date showed March 31st. However when tracked, it never left **. I contacted the seller and sent screenshots of the tracking information but no reply. I contacted customer care for the first time and received a response from the seller shortly after. On April 7th, I contacted customer care for the second time being that the purchase was in March. By this time, the delivery date showed for the same day. Customer support informed me that the post office was experiencing delays. They assured me that if after the 9th the issue persist, I should reach out to them again. Let me just add that at some point during this horrific experience, I was promoted to accept the purchase (a message I thought I would have gotten way before the $326 vanished from my account). When I later went back to message the seller a green check **** appeared next to the image of my order; which indicated that the order was completed and prompted me to leave a review. On April 10th, I contacted customer care again. I even called the customer service number for **********************, but to no avail. To say no the least, this has been a nightmare of an experience and I am very upset and disappointed!

Horrible experiences on Poshmark. Purchased items that were not as described by the seller, and rather than have a simple return policy, you need to submit a support ticket to get Poshmark approval on returns. My most recent ticket has taken over one week and still hasnt been resolved. I would much rather sell on ****.

You guys are the worst and I will not buy another item nor will I tell anyone about this site. You allow people to sell FAKE STUFF AND THEN DONT GIVE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO RETURN IT AN GET REFUND. Also instead of confiscating the counterfeit items you want them sent back for the thief who sold them. THE WORST!!! This is going on BBB site too.

This is the biggest ************ ever!! I would never associate, buy or ever do business with them again in any way shape or form. Buyer beware!! They don't care anything about the customer, as long as they get their money. I've never purchased from a company with such low integrity. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Im a paralegal in 40s and have spent years supporting the resale community with integrity. I used to sell my **** clothes and it has evolved into **** and ******. I thoughtfully list one-off designer items from my personal collection, often with proof of purchase, careful photos, and full transparency.Yet Poshmark has twice flagged my sales, allowing wishy washy buyers to claim they couldnt authenticate what were clearly personal, pre-owned designer pieces. No proof, no strong case, just sending me a message referencing FEDERAL LAW like a scammer from under a freeway bridge. Frankly it has been insulting as h*** Meanwhile, I see accounts flipping 4-6 fake YSL and Chanel bags a week with questionable authenticity and no accountability. Somehow thats fine, but my personal listing gets flagged and treated like a crime.Get effed, Poshmark.
