I have been doing surveys for ************************** for years for which compensation is provided. I currently have have compensation available to cash-in, but ************************** has blocked me from access. I have e-mailed ************************** three times complaining that when logging in, I do not receive the code they send to my email address to complete the log-in process. As I said, I get no response from my inquiries. Therefore, ************************** is denying me access to the the website so that I am unable to complete surveys, and, most importantly, they are denying me access to compensation owed to me.Business Response

I do surveys for YouGov. I redeemed my rewards August 22 and it is only suppose to take 3-4 days to get your reward but I havent received mine. I have emailed the reward company tremendous 5 times and also YouGov I have not received a response from either. They have flagged my account because I'm supposedly not human I've had this account for a long time and I was just about to cash out and now I can't log in and it's saying that I have to contact customer support I have sent email after email for the last 3 weeks we're talking 14 plus emails and no response at all now they're saying every time I log in to contact them well I have contacted them again and again and again to no avail I worked very hard for the money that is on there and I don't even want to mess with this place anymore it's ridiculous bad business I can tell you that I'm very disappointed I know that you have to have a minimum of ****** points I believe but this is unacceptable for the all the trouble and everything that I have had to endure whatever my balance is I think should be cashed out and put into a $10 **** digital card or something some type of compensation at least or unlock the account but then I have to wait for all that this is unacceptable again I have contacted the business multiple times no responseBusiness Response

I had been taking surveys in exchange for points for several months. All of a sudden I was locked out and told to contact customer support. I did so three times with no reply. I had enough to redeem my points and get my reward, but now I have nothing and YouGov now refuses to send my email ************************* a log in code and I'm now out 25 bucks that I earned giving personal data to the company.Business Response

I want my account reinstated that was suspended without any explanation. I have been a member for about two years and have not had any problems until recently when I noticed that I was not getting any new surveys. I contacted them and was supposed to get a sign in code. Tried this 3 times. The code was never sent. I then went to a sign in page and was informed that my password was invalid so I clicked forgot password and got a message that my email address did not exist with them. The email address is the one that I used when I originally signed up. For some reason that locked my account and stole over $100 (******* points) that I spent many hours working on. I NEVER cheated them out of anything and was always truthful with my survey answers. I have no idea why they did this to me! From reading other complaints it seems that they do this quite often to their members. This whole ordeal reeks and is just plain wrong. If I am being accused of something I should be informed and given a chance to defend myself. I hope that they respond and do the right thing.Business Response
