    This company charged my card ***** for two plushies. And then asked me if I wanted to add one more for 3.99. To then charge my card *****. I asked for a refund and they never replied. No product. And the. Every two days later charged my card: 2.99, 5.99 fraudulently. Do not trust them or give them your card!

    Charges you for a subscription you didn't okay. You can't get a phone number to there site. And to get answers. You have to read their questions. There is no account status on there to get to close your whole subscription off of there. Or get your bank card off.

    This company is very difficult to deal with! I would strongly advise ordering anything from this company.I order 2 dancing cactus for my grandchildren, still have not recieve their Christmas gifts. They are refusing to refund my money. The items have been in transit for a month. STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE. I CALLED THE NYMBER , ONE ASSIOCATE HUNG UP ON ME, SECOND WAS VERY RUDE.ASKED IF I KNOW HOW SHIPPING WORKS.??

    I ordered 2 otters- was charges *****- the site shows they're 9.95 BUT the worst part is- they then enroll you in a membership- which I did not agree to or authorize!!! Now took a ***** fee and the bank says it's a reoccurring fee! You can't get anyone on the phone!!Now I have to go to the bank to close my current card and get a new one! Only left a star- or couldn't submit- zero star DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    DO NOT buy from thuis company. I ordered a breathing otter for a new 2 lb puppy. I got a very loud otter that was bigger than my puppy. They say they will refund within 14 days, another lie. They also suckered you into accepting some membership which turns your purchase from ***** to *****. After my complaint I was told they would refund the membership cost. I don't know if this will happen or not. However they are a small company and will not refund the purchase price. Pls stay away, they are not legit.

    I placed a order for sleepy otter and a back pack, and it asked if I wanted to add another otter for $3.70 so I said yes and was charged $19.80 for this one on a second order that never said I had to pay shipping twice. and also they added one to my order for $8.95 and never was any of them $3.70 like the add on said. when I emailed them they said all sales are final. I don't get how they can keep over charging people.

    Got scammed Ordered one toy and they are taking monthly fee of $42.95 saying its a membership .Never signed for it ! And when called to stop this .they are saying cant find payments they are taking from my bank account monthly Said will stop membership but have problem with getting my money back Funny they take monthly payments from bank yet cant find a record of it on their end This is ********* company located in ******** ,**

    I bought a blue otter on 9/28 was charged ***** and then on 10/6 was charged ***** for a subscription that I was never made aware of, then on 10/11 I was charged another ***** for I have no idea... this place is a scam. I have contacted them through email numerous times and have received no reply...I just want my money back...I initially bought this for my 83 year old mother who suffers from stress and depression... this place and these people are horrible...

    I ordered a blue otter from Mush Plushies on 9/24/24 for the amount of $19.90 (including shipping) for my son for Christmas. I received it and the size of the toy was way much smaller than how they portray on their website. I then noticed I got charged another $42.95 to my bank account, on 10/2/24, from the same company. They do not advertise a subscription at all on the website (unless it is hidden in small print where no one can see it). I would have not agreed to purchase this item if I knew there was a monthly subscription involved. Why would I want a subscription for a simple toy that I only wanted to pay once for a gift? I am not paying over $60.00 for this small toy when the intention was to only pay the $19.90. I already submitted a ticket 3 days ago to the company and not have not yet heard anything. This is such a SCAM and people need to be aware of this company stealing money from customers!!!
