      EA bans me after I play a game saying I have cheated in BF 2042.I appeal. They provide no evidence, they give me no record, and they say that they made the right call because I ***************************?? I have been an EA customer since **********************. I am not a pro at gaming. If you look at my stats, and overall history and consumerism of EA, you can see that never, at any point in time, have I cheated.This situation has only shown me that you can pay for a game, ****, you might even give into some microtransactions. BUT EA CAN COME IN, AND BAN YOU, AND PROVIDE NO SUCH REASONING FOR WHY THEY'VE DONE SO.Furthermore, I can't get anyone on the phone to take my case, or review my files, or do anything to fight this unjust ban. I have had origin since origin came out. I have played multiple games. I am not a cheater. There are forums right now, full of people who have experienced the same issue within the past MONTH. BE WARNED - if you spend money on an EA product, they can revoke that product at any time, and make it so that you cannot appeal an erroneous charge of cheating. It is low, and nothing short of disgusting.

      EA FC 25 is LITERALLY unplayable and guaranteed will crash with the last 3-4 driver updates if you have a 50 series GPU. in my case a Geforce 5070. They recommend "skipping replays" when speaking to their customer support, even though the game crashes in menu for me 100% of the time. I'm also not rolling back drivers for a singular game that has consistent updates, but can't patch or address a simple fix, while that same game ***** in billions of dollars of revenue worldwide. the greed this company has is disgusting, this is just the cherry on top. the game that used to be copy and paste every year is actually regressing... if you'd just given me a refund for the game I'd shut up, but no, I have to sit with an unplayable game and just save up to buy the next $70 bug-filled, unfun game? terrible company.

      They refused to give me a refund saying they could not provide one but yet they can refund everything else I have requested, they steal your money and you cant get it back, I am no longer supporting EA and I will no longer be purchasing anything at ****** go into detail- I have been refunded for multiple bundles in Star Wars galaxy of heroes, I was told by EA that the web store offers to gift, when I purchased the bundle to gift for a friend the bundle came to me and not him, I requested a refund for my 35$ I paid and I was told by EA that they cannot do any refunds!!!! HIGHWAY ROBBERY ALERT!

      Welcome back, Coinmasters! This Madden 25 video exposes my EA ban nightmare. In this Madden 25 saga, I face an Auction House ban that led to a brutal coin wipe. *** built my reputation as Dr ***** top coin maker in Madden Ultimate Team, but EAs decision left me ********** a result of the EA ban, my account was frozen with an Auction House ban, and all my coins disappeared in a shocking coin wipe. I never expected a MUT Companion app interaction to trigger a bot flag. In the Sugar Rush promo, I reinvested 13million training points, sold cards at peak, and doubled my output.I poured everything into the Sugar Rush promo, tracking every sale. My MUT Companion logs show legit trading but EAs anti-cheat flagged me. The shock of this coin theft has me questioning game security in Madden Ultimate Team. As Dr ***** I categorically deny any involvement in coin making for real moneythis isnt a wrongful ban, but EAs actions feel like coin theft.After two days with no response from EA support, no case number, and no appeal update, Im left powerless. This wrongful ban highlights how fragile your account protection ********************** is. If youre grinding, building mega teams, or planning for Madden 2026, you need strict game security measures and proactive account protection protocols.We deserve transparency from EA.       As a dedicated player and financial supporter of ***************** Rivals, I'm filing this complaint after exhausting official support channels with no resolution to ongoing issues affecting the game's playability and value.Issue #1: Persistent Visual Bug on iOS All Tiberium resource patches on iOS devices display severe flickering/glittering effects, making strategic gameplay extremely difficult as I cannot properly assess resource locations during matches. This iOS-specific bug persists across multiple device models and iOS updates, while Android versions display correctly. Despite multiple reports to EA Help and Community Managers, this issue remains unaddressed.Issue #2: Stagnant Meta Due to Lack of Balance Updates The game's competitive landscape has grown stale with the same units dominating for an extended period.       I normally am quite optimistic when it comes to EA because regardless of their major gameplay flaws and overemphasis on Ultimate Team to make extra money, its still the only way I can play *** football and at a casual level is still enjoyable. I do not tolerate their shady behavior along with failure to take accountability. This includes the removal of their customer support emails and phone numbers. I am frustrated that their new features for each Madden are minimal and not even available for old *** ********* CFB25 itself was only new *** which is better than Madden 25 being available for xbox1 but not having the new kickoff rules, team builder (which I spent two hours making a custom team on before finding out I couldnt use it), and slight things like the scoreboard. While I couldve done my own research to find out these are new *** only I find this quite unfair as my, and I believe many others, view of the game is driven by ******* content and we wouldnt know they were playing on new *** and the new features wouldnt be available. Its quite obvious that EAs business practice is to do the bare minimum to get out new games to continue Ultimate Team revenue, deceive ppl to buy the game who are stuck on old ***, and have strict refund policies to limit the casual gamer who buys the game but realizes later that it wasnt what they thought they were paying for at all. Again I take all accountability for not knowing Team builder etc are new *** exclusive, but its apparent that this detail was purposefully hard to notice and deceiving to the consumer.

      Back when it came out, I bought Mass Effect 2 on Steam. EA then came out with Origin/EA app and required everything to be routed through that. The last time I played, it worked the way it was supposed to. This time around, I couldn't log into their servers while in game, so it wouldn't let me access the *** I paid for. Both Steam and the EA app confirmed that I had the ***, but EA's digital rights management built into the game wasn't working ********** I contacted their tech support. They made some changes on their end of things and made me reinstall the game. They got impatient while the game downloaded and closed the ticket, marking it "fixed." Not only was it not fixed, the EA app started refusing to allow Steam to boot the game at all. I had to reopen the ticket. A new tech support *** then helped me fix what the previous *** had broken, which did not fix my *** issue. After suggesting variously that I reset my password and make sure I was connected to the internet (both things I had independently done), the *** ******* have documented it for review and forwarded it to the relevant team. If we receive similar ***orts from other players, our team will escalate the issue to the game team for further investigation. Please keep an eye on [EA ************************************************************* /(**************************************) or check in-game messages for updates."They basically shrugged and said they couldn't fix it. None of this was a problem with Mass Effect, which is three years older than ME2, but interestingly doesn't have any EA DRM software built into the game.

      I contacted EA customer service because they removed ********************** I purchased from my account. I've spent lots of money with EA over the years, but they refused to add the games back. They would rather lose a lifelong customer than honor the purchases I made. I won't purchase anything from EA again because they gladly took my money, but they wouldn't honor my purchases. Beware of a company that steals from their customers.

      Worst company ever when it comes to customer service. They dont know the difference between cheaters and honest players. They wrongfully banned and accused me of cheating for using the ******************** even their own support AI says that using GeForce now service is not cheating , but the morons at ea dont understand the difference. Im guessing they give anyone a job. Ea yall gots do better, do t treat customers like this, we the ********************** you idiots have jobs. But next time this company violates me, best believe im going to go our off my way to push the cod agenda and deter everyone I come across to stay clear of all bf titles, with that comes that honest bad reviews, social media blasts etc. They basically stole from me by banning my account, cheating is something I despise.
