They do not offer no type of real Tech Support. They give you the run around on anything. There is no way to contact tech support. No phone number, no real live person, and just a automated from bots closing the case I made.I been playing this game called "Apex Legends" I have contacted support on their website 23 times since last month. The issue is my password was leaked, some other user across the world was caught ************************ online on my account that broke ********************** Policy. Soon as notice and got emails about change password and I hop online I was permanently banned since then I got my email and everything straighten out, but they refuse to help me. They say they has this called the ToS team do a full check on the account and tell me I wasn't hacked. I downloaded my online EA Data from their website it clearly shows a different IP address attempted to login twice and fail and login twice successfully. I been a user since 2019 and its now 2024 there no way I get accused of cheating now after this person login to my stuff. It's been a month I'm still hanging in there trying to reach someone. Remember I'm loyal paying customer since 2019 I've spent proximity $2000 on this game and they won't help me get back to gaming.Review from Christopher G

After purchasing 3 EA games during the Steam Summer ***** I received this email after playing 3 hours on BF2. I spent majority of my time in the campaign due to hackers btw.At this top of this email there is a banner that says EA Fraud and Player Security Dear Customer,We are contacting you regarding your EA account.We wish to notify you that we have found your account to be in violation of our User Agreement or our Terms of ***** and due to the nature of this violation we are left with no option other than to permanently close your account with immediate effect.I appealed the ban and I've been denied. This is insanity. I bought these games 2 days ago and now they are rendered useless unless I make another steam account and another ****************** account and start all over. These people are theives. They take your money and then offer no type of Tech Support. They give you the run around on anything. There is no way to contact tech support. You can't email or call to file a complaint. There is an option to contact the @EAhelp but when you click it you are just taken to FAQ pages. There is no way to open a case. So if you need a refund you will never get it. This company is stealing money. How has nothing been done about this. This is illegal!Review from Charles W

I bought EA's game on July 2nd through the summer promotion on the Steam platform, played for less than five hours, and the account was banned by EA, and it didn't violate any EA company's regulations, and it was not okay to appeal to customer service, if ********************** can focus on this anti-plug-in thing, I think that's good, otherwise there is no need for this company to exist at allReview from Jeremiah A

The banning system is bizarre. My name in the game had the word ***** around the whole allegations around this producer, and again hasn't been tried in a court of law. I repeal the ban for a lower period. Given zero warning of a name change. I got declined because a producer who has nothing but allegations hasn't been tried in a court of law. Is harmful to just have his name in your screen name. While I see the majority of people cheating, sexist, and racist in communications. I've made multiple reports of other players, and none of these people get banned. My boyfriend changed my Steam name for one singular day, and I played on my account for 4 hours with that name. Again, given zero warning that 5 nights a diddys is inappropriate. **************** is a joke there is no communication. It's all AI automatic response. Nothing in their rules of conduct points out a video game series and a producer who has alleged accusations and hasn't even been arrested or has been in court for these allegations. Supposedly is harmful to children? Meanwhile, you have other people in the game with actual criminal names not banned. If I get another ban they warned me that it would be a permanent ban. I refuse to spend any of my money on this company anymore because I've invested in their universal heirlooms their gambling practices on their limited events on skins you are forced to buy a $250 worth to get a single skin you want. I honestly thought this company would have an understanding of each situation, but they don't. Keep in mind this is my first ban ever on this account that I've had for years. Please don't support this company their business practices, and their rules of conduct are misleading. I will no longer invest in this company, and honestly, for anyone else reading this post, you will be throwing money in a pit of fire. Just to be in the situation I'm in.
