Date of transaction: 01/28/25 I went into this dealership to look at a car that they had advertised on their website. Come in, look at the car, & test drove it. Then went inside to sign paperwork and everything and talk about numbers Down payment: ***** Monthly payments: 431 When I drove the car it drove pretty good, no engine lights or oil lights were on the dash. Next day the oil light is steady flickering on and off and engine light will come on and then turn off so I called it in and told them my problems then took the car up there about 1 week later one of the mechanics up there looked at it and said it was a fault sensor or something. So I said okay and went on about my business now come April 25th or so my car starts bogging on the freeway to where I cant go over 2000 rpm/ 60 mph max so I called back up there to the dealership asked for *** for almost a week straight everyday I was getting told Joes out of office can you call back in an hour so I said okay and call back an hour later and still not in office this continue for about a week then I got in touch w *** finally and told him my problems that I was having and he said well thats on you I tried to call your step dad and left him a voicemail and that he has it recorded or something, my step pops number was never on any paperwork so idk who he genuinely called, then proceeds to say well thats warranty been over so I cant do nothing now and then tells me you got insurance right? Well I hope you crash it into a tree and get paid out for it. Said okay and hung up on ***. Then *** proceeds to call me back and say yea remember you got good insurance remember, so I hope you can really just crash it and get paid for it at that point I just hung up

I advised Mr ****** after a short time he had car, to bring it back so we can exchange it for something else. He never did, and he burned us out of 800 he owed us for the down payment.  1 month later his dad came and his sister,  they bought a car from me. The family has bought 5 cars from us, I told his father , I had asked arin to return car and exchange it, but he stopped responding..I'm thinking because he owed me 800 dollars. We cannot do anything else anymore. Sorry.

I was sold a 2006 ***** Accord with an illegal catalytic converter on it and they will NOT compensate the $3000 needed in repairs to pass smog. I only found out in January of 2025 it was illegal although I bought the car in April 2023. The salesman ***** was showing me how it ran smooth, looked great under the hood, there was no check engine light on, only 45k miles, and all the internal buttons appeared working. The previous owner did custom speakers, radio, and tint [obviously] which ***** failed to disclose was also illegal in ** and would cost me an uncompensated $250 to fix. He was expressing how he could not figure out why the car was being sold because it seemed too good to be true. We paid cash $12,000 and when I got my first smog check in January of 2025, IT FAILED. I called ***** once again and he said this was a service issue and that I needed to speak with *****. I spoke with ***** on the phone and he said there was nothing he would do because he just sends it to smog and they pass it stating We dont look for the catalytic converter. Thats their job. We just send it over and they send it back. The call ended and he nearly immediately called me back speaking in more hushed tones saying, Youre probably taking this to the wrong kind of smog shop. We have a shop out here that can help you. You know, don't even mention any of the stuff you just told me. Just go there and hes not even going to look at the converter to see if it matches the group number or whatever. You can even call us and we can call them for you saying you are a return customer and h*** help you out. I think youre just going to the wrong kind of shop. I was hopeful this would fix my problem but it did not and my car still failed. I called ***** back who again deferred to *****. ***** said they are not going to help nor compensate my $3000 repair. He also disclosed that the company was under Riverside Auto Sales at that time and that the business license is no longer in business.

Mr ********* , thank you for your business and let me respond to your complaint. When you bought your car in March 2023, the car had only 44, 889 miles. The mileage on the car was guaranteed and verified,  and it's not normal for a car to need a catalytic converter with that mileage. When we took it for smog to transfer to your name, it's an independent smog check station , and we have no ties to them. The smog check stations we use are licensed by state of **********,  and they verify what they must. I saw that you've taken it to a few shops for service, and hopefully one of them didn't switch yours with someone else..it's hard to trust people these days.

I'm very sorry for the issues you're experiencing,  we bought the car from a NEW CAR DEALERSHIP, who took it as a trade in, and we resold it to you. Cars with those low mileage have no reason for catalytic converter repairs.

    Thank you

The transmission fluid was leaking from the car which 2 days after signing paperwork. The break light doesnt working because its an issue with the wiring and 2 months later of having the car it now needs a new engine. They sold me a lemon car

We dont offer a warranty on our cars. However,  since the consumer had a major mechanical issue 4 months after the purchase we offered to fix it for free, and they will pay for parts . They are satisfied with this .

Purchased a car on 7/3/24 I was let leave for one without being fully financed. From start I was treated poorly. I gave them 2500 they wanted 500 more in 2 weeks . Perfectly fine!! The day I left I was threatened with the police saying they were going to file a police complaint for them accusing me and being wrong of falsifying my stubs. As of yesterday Ive been discriminated. Talked about poorly. My kids my mother my credit my life my mistakes *** made that they know nothing about and threatened and lied to even after my car got financed by a company called time finance. They have ********************************************************************** theyre reviews they still poorly talk about the customers and put theyre business on the internet. Before I was financed I offered to bring them their car back and get my money back because of the harassment I kept going through. Them trying to lie and tell me I was financed through them ( lies) theyre not in home financed. But was told I was financed by them so they didnt have to cancel it. Refused to give me my contract told me if I want my contract go get an attorney. Never was giving a copy of my contract before I left was lied to and told it will get sent in the mail when I left. But its been 2 weeks still havent received that. Even told me if they take my car I wont get my belongings for a long time just being spite ful. I got in contact with time finance and was told my loan is finalized as of yesterday so they are harrsssing me for no reason on time of lying to me just to get free extra money out of me. This company is terrible and they are very very disrespectful and very unprofessional and very discriminating Im a young pregnant girl and they still try to treat me terrible. I even cried on the phone yesterday and they told me I must look dumb over the phone crying.

*************** signed a contract 2500 down plus 1000 due 2 weeks later. She made a bunch of excuses 2 weeks later and said she only had ****** we told her that was not the contract. She said  she found her contract in the glove box. We did send her another copy by text. her car is going to repossessed for breach of contract. We did offer her return the car, and exchange it for any other car a little bit cheaper.  She said she wanted to do that because she did not have the rest of the down payment. She did not comein to do that, she said she wanted the car she bought, because it was a ******** and it ran good. I told her she would need to pay the 1000 she owes. She then sent me a selfie she was in the hospital. I have no more solutions, other than to repo the car, I tried

Riverside Auto Market located in Riverside CA ***** ******************* Riverside ** ***** sold me a 2015 Dodge Durango. Check engine light came on 3 days later I returned the car they stayed they Fixed the car got it back a week later. 2 weeks later light came back on again called them back up they advised me to take it to the dodge dealership near me cause the repair was under warranty. Im stuck with a ***** bill to fix a car I only drove for a month in a half. I bought the car Nov 2022 it broke down January 2023. *** contacted the dealership several times to fix the repairs they ignored me and management basically told me oh well its sold as is. After telling me the car was in great shape. They have done this to other customers as well. When I went to purchase the car there was a woman standing outside saying to be careful they sold her. Bad car as well and they would pretend to fix it. I paid $5000 deposit on the car HAVENT driven it since February 2023. They deceive people into buying their junk cars and trick you into buying it on false pretenses. After purchasing the vehicle I reviewed the reviews and founds lots of others customers with the exact same complaint and issues as me. They know the cars are bad and rig them so you can drive off the lot with them and dont actually fix them. They are doing this to way many people and need to be shut down.

This Lady left the Dodge Durango at the Dodge dealer in San Bernardino County. She signed a work order for *******, the Dodge Dealer fixed the vehicle, and then she told the finance company to repo it. This car was repossessed by *************** 4 months ago.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 09/25/2023

I am rejecting this response because:
The car needed $7000 worth of repairs 2 months after I purchased it from them. after dealership assured me it was in working condition. Their response basically proves everything Im saying. Why would there need to be $7000 worth of repairs when I had just bought the car a month and a half prior. I drove the car for a month and half before it broke down and they knew it would need lots of work thats why they told me to take it to the Dodge Dealership in the first place they knew the dealership was gonna inform me on everything that was really wrong with it Which proves THIS DEALERSHIP KNOWINGLY SALES BAD CARS. Also I dont even live in San Bernardino county I live in ******************. The dealership I took it to is and was in my area

**, This car was repossessed 4 months ago. It was resold to someone else by your finance company. We don't have the car, you don't have this car. I'm not sure why I keep answering this. We sell cars. They are used. You bought a warranty, thru a company called Au. They paid what they covered, You didn't pay the bill you authorized with your signature. They sent bill to finance company. They served you legal repo papers, you didn't respond. Its been repossessed by them. End of story.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
Your response is deflecting about the fact that you willingly sold me a bad car like you do to hundreds of customers. Your 1st response is more than enough proof that I needed.  Your a con artist and I will spread the word and utilize my resources to stop you from scamming people in the future  :)

Purchased a vehicle on July 29, 2023 from dealership. When driving two blocks from the location "check engine light" came on, Drove back to dealership where they "fixed" the issue. Dealer mechanic stated there was only "one issue" to be fixed. Drove away once again and light came back on. They had closed for the day, so I made contact with them the next day. I spoke with my salesperson who did not help me at all. I then spoke with the owner who instructed me to take the vehicle to auto zone to get it diagnosed and to send him a copy of the error codes. I also went to carquest as Auto zone did not carry the parts needed to fix the issues. I called them to inform them of what I was told, The owner asked that I take the vehicle back, I let him know I was hesitant to drive it back and have it break down and if it did would he provide towing. He stated he would not. He then was also very unprofessional and dismissive since I would not comply to his request, since I would be risking more time and money. He then offered to me a check of $150 to call it a day and for me to lose his number and never call again. I've since communicated via email to try and come to an agreement, but they are very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Stating I purchased the vehicle as is and no warranty, even though I at the time of purchase I was told if I purchased extended warranty, I would just be giving them free money as they do full inspections on all of their vehicles. I dont trust the vehicle is going to get fixed or get returned to me with the suggested timeframe. I asked the dealership to at least help me with the cost of the parts and I would pay for the labor, and they have declined that as well. They have repeatedly demanded I'd stop calling them.

I told this customer 10 times by email. you bought the truck as is but bring the truck to me, and i will fix whatever the problem is for free. He says he wants money. I will fix it. Bring it to me !

    Customer Answer

    Date: 08/14/2023

I am rejecting this response because:

After failing to informe me the first time around about the other codes the check engine light was detecting I DO NOT trust them working on the vehicle. It is a lie I want money. I’ve suggested they buy the parts and I covered labor costs. I’ve also offer to go pick up the parts and I would cover labor expenses.

They want me to drive the vehicle 2 and 1/2 hours to get it fix but when I suggest he help me with HALF of towing expenses in the event the vehicle stops working a long the way. I’ve also asked that if the vehicle breaks even further from the posible drive, if he would fix that because he keeps suggesting to drive it over. He has stated “I’m not a towing company” I believe towing alone would be more then the whole job would cost (but I could be wrong) so you see I’ve been beyond reasonable.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/22/2023

We sold the truck "As Is" your contract that you signed says " AS-IS" No warranty- as all.

However, if you bring the truck here, we will fix it!

    For Free! That's It!

I got a car from them on June 18, 2023. Within a week the car's transmission was not working. They couldn't see it right away. They have had my car for 2 weeks now and I have a 12 month warranty on the car. They have to release it to the Nissan dealer to get it reprogrammed. I have to pay $150 deductible and they told me I have no expenses under the 12 month warranty. There should be no deductible on the warranty. I did not mess up the car at all. I would like my car repaired or give me my money back, refund.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/18/2023

We had her car fixed. Her transmission went out we spent over 3000.00 to put a Brand new transmission. She does have a 200.00 deductible as per her warranty. we are not the warranty company. We are the dealer. I'm sorry. She is driving now.
