Returned Goods:
All returns require prior authorization. Equipment Is Special Order and Non Returnable.  Returns must be authorized by & shipped back to Lions Dental Supply within 7 days of date received by the customer.

Returned products are subject to a 25% restocking charge no Exceptions

All returned goods must be shipped prepaid
All authorizedreturns must be received by Lions Dental Supply in original packaging,accessories, documentation and in original condition for creditconsiderations   (no opened items or equipment)
All outbound repair / warranty freight charges are the responsibly of the customer.
All Equipment, Parts And Special Order Items Are none returnable
Return policy:
After you haveclicked "Submit Order," your order begins to process and you cannot makeany changes to it. Our system is designed to process and ship orders asquickly as possible. If you cancel your purchase for any reason within 7days from date of receipt, we’ll refund your purchase price minusshipping costs and a 25% re-stocking fee. Excludes Special Order Items. Any orders placed and later cancelled by the purchaser will be subjectto the same 25% restocking fee. Also some orders are then placed withthe manufacturer and can not be cancelled. Returns must be authorized by& shipped back to Lions Dental Supply within 7 days of datereceived by the customer. Does not include special order items. Youare responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. To beconsidered for return the products must be in original packaging and notopened. Opened Equipment, Handpieces & Equipment parts may not bereturned , but will be repaired or replaced according to themanufacturer policy. There is no trial period, We do not allow you to test out our products and then ask for a return or credit.
International Orders:
All international orders Must be paid by bank or wire transfer Only !!!!! That means No credit cards,  No PayPal !!!!
For International Orders E-mail us what you want to order with complete address and we will estimate the shipping for you!
Special Orders:

Special order items and custom made products are not returnable for credit. All Handpieces, Bleaching Supplies, Equipment, & Equipment Parts are  special order.  If Equipment is not paid in full Lions Dental Supply will take back Equipment under Lien.

Claims: Allclaims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with theoriginal order must be made within three (3) working days of the receiptof the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packagedin perfect condition. The common carrier assumes full responsibility forthe safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from theF.O.B. shipping point. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must bedocumented and filed promptly with the freight carrier. Concealed damagemust be reported immediately and within 3 days. If a request is mademore than 3 days after the receipt of the merchandise, reasonableevidence must be submitted indicating that damage could not haveoccurred after delivery.
Prices Subject tochange with out notice. Manufacturers raise the prices through out theyear and when they do we have to raise our prices also.
