      Our Business purchased Dental Chair from Lions dental Supply. The dental chair is malfunctioning and needs to be repaired. We spoke to the owner **** a month ago. **** confirmed that the chair is in warranty and assured us that he would schedule a technician to repair the chair. We Sent him all details, proof of purchase, necessary documents, and videos of chair explaining the issue. lions dental supply did not follow through after I provided them all the documents. We reached out several times via email, text, voice messages. Lions dental supply did not respond.
