    From what I have read on ****** reviews, and I'm glad I did, know one should do any business with ***. Also I find it curious to why I can't see any past reviews here on the BBB website. How long does it take for the BBB to update? I'll be sure to check back.

    Should be -5 stars. BMS is HORRIBLE. Do not buy anything from BMS. Been waiting on parts since January it is now the end of April. Sent us wrong parts 2x. Paid $27 to ship wheel studs! Would not send us return labels to return items so in desperation we tried to just order the right parts and take a loss on the wrong ones and over a month later they still have not shipped. Got the run around from the parts department last time we spoke over a month ago and asked to speak to a manager and they refused and argued with me instead. Now no one answers the phone on any extension and mailbox is full. No response to email or contact portal on website. BMS is a total scam, stay far far away from them.

    Today iam told I will need a new engine because bms made a change in the gears and there is no sure fix on the 700 colt 4s,the mechanic said they have had numerous customers with same problem.wouldnt there be a recall?

    I would not but from this company the product are no good customer service ***** they won't answer the phone i ordered a exhaust valve 2 times good wrong part both times out 200 dollars still no part they said send email sent email 5 times no response so I guess I have to junk side by side wouldn't sell it to a dog

    We bought our BMS 1000 for a fun toy to drive around as a family... we have had it for 4 months now. Making payments on a 15k machine and have gotten to drive it maybe 1 of those months. It has a 1 year warranty, as stated on the website, usually no one answers the phone but if your lucky enough to talk to the right person you may get your part sent but they will argue with you and finally send it after a month. I emailed back and forth as well as text and phone calls telling the person which part I needed, told my address and was called back saying it was sent on the 6th....I waited 16 days( they said it would take 10) called them back just to find out it hadn't been sent... I understand things happen but why am I paying for a machine that I can't even drive, the whole company is bs, don't waste your time or money

    If I could give negative stars I would. I placed an order on June 2 2023 and After over a week I called and was told that they had a two day processing time. I called back to after three weeks to be told the parts had been on back order and just came in. Now on July 06 I got told that those were not my parts and that mine was still on back order. I asked the parts rep if they only ordered 1 gasket at a time and the response was aberrantly so. I then asked if there was a customer service rep I could talk to and was told no. I asked about management and was told yes we have management why. I asked to be transferred with a quick response that they all were in a meeting. I asked for a phone number and was asked why after playing 20 questions I finally got a phone number and its back to the parts dept. Anyone bring there BMS machine to my shop after this I will refuse to work on!

    This is the worst company to deal with, they send the incorrect parts and still cant seem to ship the correct ones to us, after 3 emails back and forth and more than a month of waiting. Save your money and do not purchase anything from these people, no support whatsoever.

    Again, do not buy these machines, I still haven’t received the correct part and they have cut off all communication. The worst customer service!

    His company ripped me off just about $600. They sent me all the wrong parts refused to send a return label to get their parts back and keep giving me a run around on when my parts are going to arrive this has been a year ago now and I know they blocked my number because they let it go to voicemail I leave a message and no return call, but as soon as I call from another number they answer first ring. Norma doesn't send me text messages back when she told me that she was sending me a label which has been months ago now stay clear of this company. They are very unprofessional and a rip off.

    To all contemplating purchasing this excuse for an off road vehicle: First response – DON”T We purchased our BMS 600 thirteen months ago as a cash sale. It has only been used here on the ranch and not abused as an off road vehicle. Have completed all required maintenance. During this period, the brake lines have failed twice, the window retainers have broken twice, the mirrors have fallen off and the transmission has failed. This vehicle has never been off of flat land or off- road. Calling “Customer Service” is without a doubt the most frustrating failure you can attempt. No return calls or the wrong person answers the phone and promises a call back that never happens. There is no locally available service provider – in fact we cannot locate anyone that will even work on this junk. This is, without exception, the worst purchase we have made in many years. Please take notice and think twice before spending your money.
