  Paid for 5 chicks (day old) in August 2024 to be delivered in October. It is mid March and they still have not been delivered. I email each month asking about the delivery date, and the answer is always next month. I reached out at the end of October to see about a free mystery chick that they offer if they are late on a delivery and asked about shipping again. They offered to switch up my order to fulfill it the following week, but I wasn't interested at the time. I emailed again in March asking if we could do 3 of the original chicks and 2 different chicks of the same price like they offered back in October, but they told me they can't modify orders. I asked why they changed their mind, but they did not respond as of yet (5 days later). I sent another email tonight, since they wouldn't respond, asking for an answer as to why they won't change the order to fulfill my shipment, and asking for a refund. Their website claims full refund if not shipped in 60 days, and I've been waiting over 5 months. At this point, I'm not sure they're even a real company, much less a reputable one.

  I think they are scammers. They take ur money and keep it say oh we will replace dead chicks and send extra all legal es I bought 6 chicks for my daughter was nothing but a total mess we went back and forth about them one by one every chick has died Ive sent pictures of everyone except last two figured why bother they tell u that u are rude and that they will block u so forth only because I want what I paid for then they claimed they sent me a credit only for me to try and use it instead it went threw as a new Oder and charged me another fee for chicks plus another fee for shipment in which I originally made 2orders for chicks the first time with being charged for 2 shipments for them to combine all 6 chicks in one box so they should have owed me for the one shipment that was not used. Then when the order went thru for the credit it was another battle with them only for them to say we cancelled the credit and we wont send u a refund. So yes I tryed to stop payment but it went thru. So now Im over 300$ for 6 dead chicks after a long battle and them threatening me to block me and so forth they decided to send me a refund now mind u they dont do refunds but out 77$ back into my acct and kept t another 29$ that was paid for shipping and we still dont have the chicks or my full refund little less extra chicks never ever will I do business with them and definitely will not refer them to anyone such bad customer service. The chicks were for my daughter in ********* and she even wrote them because they keep t saying they died because she didnt care for them properly, they are not her first she has 28 other chickens and they grew healthy and strong. But guess what they never got back to her at all . Great customer met service right one of the worst companies I have dealt with in my entire life. Run dont do business with them

  Your first shipment of chicks was delayed by **** 3 days in the mail and unfortuanly some losses happened. We take care of our customers. You are emailing us telling us to send you more chicks meanwhile you are writing horrible things about our hard working farm on here...

  Just aft I never begged them for more chicks just merely requested as to when they were going to send the replacements per there web site agreement and they also promised which I have there email that they would do. Lies all lies mad u bet I am all the money hard earned money I spent to a company that does not follow thru with there commitments to there customers that also work hard for there money only for them to rip u off they need to repay or replace.

  I placed an order. Have had zero contact back from the emails I sent. Its now march and the chicks I ordered for February not here. My cc was charged. I will be disputing the charge. Just communicate. I will never order here again. Beware*****

  You ordered chicks for March, not February. We are confused what you are saying. You ordered chicks for February and for March, since one breed you ordered was sold out for February and you ordered for March, you pay one shipping fee meaning all your chicks will not ship until they are all available which is March. We are not late on your order by any means.

  We are sorry you are relying on here. We told you when your chicks would ship in March. You recently emailed us saying if they do not ship soon you want a full refund. We then sent you a full refund and then you emailed us back saying you are mad we fully refunded you? Would love to show screenshots of your email on here if it allows. You are extremely rude on your emails towards us and you asked for a refund and we sent you one. All you had to do is wait a bit longer and your chicks would have been sent as we told you. Have a wonderful day.

  If youre considering getting chickens from here, dont. They dont communicate well with you and by the time your chickens Get in your hands theyre probably gonna be dead, Lack of communication, lack of care for the animals and just overall horrible! If I was able to give zero stars, I would! Dont waste your money with this company!

  We sent your chicks last week and for some reason **** accepted your chick shipment, transferred them to the sorting facility and then returned them to sender and marked a note stating returned due to bad weather conditions.  

  I created a free order for you and we are taking the hit for shipping but you are attacking us when we hatched and shipped you fresh happy baby chicks and **** accepted the package and then returned it to us due to weather conditions. 

  Again, free order created. We will email when they ship. We did our part and sent your chicks and we created a free order for you and will send you more.

  I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 3 chicks from them for June. I reached out July and I completely understood that it was hot and the hens didn't lay...Finally last Monday, Sep 9, they arrived. All three dead!!I have a box opening video and picture.Since then I've sent them about 6 emails with the pictures attached. I reached out on their website 3 times. Out of desperation I tried their Instagram account this morning and now this.They have a live arrival guarantee, that is why I paid over $200 for 3 chicks.The least they can do is reply to my messages.

  Purchased 5 chicks last year for an extremely high price. I paid over $200 for these chicks. Feather Lover Farms did not indicate that they do not vaccinate for Mareks, nor did they offer a Mareks vaccination option like I see they do now. All 5 of my chicks died of Mareks. The Mareks disease these also wiped out some of my other flock members as well. I reached out to them and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Do not use this farm to purchase poultry from.

  I think you are referring to a different company... We have an order from you that we sent you over 2 and a half years ago early 2022. You gave us a 5 star review. Our chicks we ship are happy and healthy the day they hatch in a sanitary biosecure room and do not have mareks.  We have always offered ****** vaccination service with our chicks. Sounds like you are mistaking us for another company. We do not have any emails from you either stating this. The last email you sent us was 2 and a half years ago stating how happy you were with your birds from us...

  Let me start by saying ill try to keep it short and simple ,i order indio gigante chicks from them ,waited to get info on shipment and it didn't happen,no big deal so i emailed them cause they have no phone number 1st (??),waited for a good week or more to get an answer back with them saying the birds where not laying do to heat and blablabla (??),so i kindly ask for a refund,they said you agreed that is you cancelled we refund only 50%back ??????,(??)i can understand if they have excess birds but they are having trouble keeping up, so i thought to myself im doing the next person a favor ,well i insisted i wanted a full refund that did not happened to make it short ,the order was shipped and received notification,so i said what the heck at least ill get the chicks cause i thought i got scammed ,but i go pick up the chicks to realize that out of the 6 i ordered to wich they said they would include extras via email so i didn't cancel ,wich i still said no but anyways,here we are i open the box and i received 5 that look like the real deal ??,we will find out,and 2 that are not even close ,so in resuming they still owe me a chick or a refund !!??. And there costumer service ***** lol, specially for a new costumer bad ****** if you don't mind all that ,buy from them ,if you do stay awayyyyyy!!!

  We are sorry you feel that way. Your review seems pretty misleading and untrue. Not only did we send your chicks on time in August, we sent you a free xtra chick in the shipment. You ordered 6 chicks for August. You kept asking when they would ship and we reminded you there are orders ahead of you and we ship every week in the order received. We reminded you of the 50% refund policy f you cancel your order. We sent your chicks August 21st. We sent you 1 free xtra chick in the shipment. Please let us know why you feel you were scammed. You were sent your chick order for August in "August" and we even sent you a free xtra chick. I am not sure what else we can do for you. Please do not order from us again.

  Ordered Proto-Onagadori (phoenix) chicks a year ago. Gave up when I read the reviews. Just reminded them a month ago and they said theyd just expanded production and would ship as soon as possible. The replies sound reasonable but the wait times arent. Honestly I dont want a box of dead chicks. Unless the whole order arrives alive, I wont be ordering from them again.
