This company calls from different numbers constantly. No one speaks when the call is answered. If I block the number, they will just call from a different number, but same name "simple.biz" Once I block a number, there is an increase in calls from other phone numbers.Customer Answer

Their work had become unsatisfactory to me. Requests for changes are ignored, everything is done via AI and therefore full of errors, they did something to it so that the entire site was unreadable and when I told them, they let it remain in that condition for over a week. I ended the month to month contract. I continue to get billed, including increases with no notice, regardless of how many times they are told we no longer want their service,Initial Complaint

My non profit union office is not interested in their web design. I have informed them of that. They call several times a day with harassing phone calls. I have requested that they stop calling and they have now increased the amount that they call my office.Initial Complaint

Contracted Simple.biz to revise my website. They developed a trial site that they made live BEFORE I was given the opportunity to edit/make corrections. I paid $595 for development. The trial site used the wrong name for my company and the wrong phone number (made public my PERSONAL phone number instead). It also contained much other inaccurate, misleading or wrong information. The structure of the site was good and I might have worked with them to correct everything if they had not made the trial site public without authorization, but I no longer trusted their judgement. I immediately contacted them by email to cancel, but got no response. Finally, I was able to make contact by phone. There was no apology for the trial site being made live without my knowledge. They worked hard to stop me from cancelling, but finally acquiesced to my request. I thought the matter was closed, but the trial site remained live for at least another week. Then I was charged a $99 monthly maintenance fee for an error-ridden trial site that I had never approved and that I had requested be removed. I have sent two email requests for a refund of the maintenance fee without any response. I did not request refund of the $595, thinking that work, albeit incorrect, had been performed (perhaps by an AI bot?).Initial Complaint

In June of 2024 my domain name expired. My *** at simple.biz contacted me and told me my site was down. I investigated and got a number for him to call to rectify. I extended the expiration in order to preserve the domain name until we could straighten this out. over the course of these three months. the simple.biz *** contacted these people three times. the first contact was a month after I gave him the info. The domain name was eventually lost and sold to a parasite company that steals people's domains and tries to extort unreasonable amounts of money to buy it back. I was basically offline for 4 months while paying simple.biz their full monthly fee. My *** left or was fired and I received all his emails to the domain company. His lack of effort stunned me. I have since requested that I receive three months of their fee while my site was down. They say they are only responsible for providing a website....they were also hosting that site. I closed my account and demanded the website I paid them for. They sent me site notes and a domain link. They did not provide me with the website they had built and I had paid them for. Simple .biz has totally defaulted on our agreement. they have been paid in full and are holding my website. I want the site I paid for them to build so I can have another hosting company host it. I am out thousands of dollars with nearly nothing to show for it. What exactly did I pay for? I have been lied to from the very beginning and this company uses very deceptive and dishonest advertising. claiming they are from neighboring towns from ****. I believed I was hiring a local mom and pop operation until i paid and was handed to the project manager. Everyone introduces themselves as **** from massapequa or ***** from syosset. My project manager, an obvious indian or from some other foreign country, claimed he was **** from **************** by the *********** I had to explain to him that jericho is a street, not a town.Initial Complaint
