    **** ********* is doing an excellent job for our small psychotherapy practice. He's sensitive to the needs of our practice. He attends monthly meetings with my team to be sure we are on track. I'm a busy therapist, and I don't know a lot about web design, SEO, etc. **** makes all that understandable to me, which is no easy task!Since he's been assigned to our account, we've seen an increase in new customers through the door...and that's what this is all about. I've only good things to say about **** *********.I recommend him with enthusiasm and without any doubt whatsoever.

    Avoid at ************************************** must be writing its own reviews to keep that 5-star rating, because our experience has been a nightmare. We hired them 18 months ago to build a website, and what they delivered was nothing more than a slapped-together mess full of copy-pasted content from our competitors. When we asked for revisions, our point of contact left the company, and we were completely ghosted.After months of trying, we finally reached someone only to find out it was the same person we originally worked with, now using a different name and email. He admitted this to us. Since then, weve been trying to cancel the service, but the phone number they provide doesnt even work and daily emails go unanswered. Total runaround.Theyve charged my card $3,400 and have done absolutely nothing of value. *** had to place a stop payment to prevent further theft. This company is 100% a scam deceptive, unprofessional, and completely unaccountable. Stay far away.

    We had a website with Simple.biz for about two years. At first the service was good but over the past 3 months it was horrible. We spent the last month trying to get our account canceled with them, and after multiple emails and phone calls they closed our account. They did not follow their stated terms and conditions about closing an account. We would not recommend Simple.biz to anyone!
