On 10/3/24. I purchased a few dresses from this website which are advertised as great qualities totaling $518 with a discounted price of $428.89 I received the items and realized that the merchandises were not what they advertised them to be , they were not good materials. I kept 2 of the dresses which I thought look decent. I email them to start a return process it took them days to respond , someone by the name of ****** responded and apologized for the items and send a link to the Bella Barnett website for me to choose other dresses as she advertises as Luxury Materials in attempt for an exchange which I informed her that I was not interested in purchasing more items. After disputing back and forth thru emails every 2 to 3 days because this is how long they take to respond to email , she decided to send a return label with a male information name and address and instructing me to print the label and pack my items for return.Initial Complaint

*** purchased from Bella Barnet a few times with no issues. The women I would deal was ****** She always responded within one day to resolve the return. I have a recent order that I told her about that didnt work out with the sizes or the quality of the clothes that I received. She told me to wait until I receive all of the order . So I did that I told her about the issues with the quality and the broken necklace they sent me. It seems she changed her policies without telling the customers that she will no longer be excepting exchanges and no refunds. Now she hasnt responded in two weeks . -Ordered July 2, 2024 -Paid $238.70 -Ordered from Bella Barnett ************ sent three dresses -On the website it states that if the dresses do not fit and have not been worn you may return them within 30 days. I emailed and they responded asking exactly how the dresses didnt fit which was humiliating. After that Email they then said I cant really return because its too expensive but they will gladly send a return label if I agree to exchange from a list of their best selling dresses. I would have never bought from a site that wasnt truthful in them allowing returns especially when it comes to dresses. I sent another email stating I didnt agree to their offer because I no longer needed a dress and I wasnt comfortable with rolling the dice on more dresses that may or may not fit. They never responded. I emailed again last night. The 30 days are approaching and if they dont respond I am not sure what they will do or if I will get any thing back. I just wanted a refund for the three dresses I never wore that are still in the packaging. In my email I attached the statement they have on their website about taking returns which I will share with you as well. It seems only fair to issue a return if I inquired in a timely manner, the dresses dont fit, and they have never been worn.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 16 APR 2024 Order # - BB202361842 I ordered two dresses from this company. The quality of these dresses is the worst I have ever seen. I cannot even wear these dresses out in public. They are completely see through, the fringe is very sparce, and the bottom hem of the dress isn't even long enough to cover the rear end. I emailed the company requesting to return the dresses and wanting a full refund of the purchase cost. Bella Barnett responded with an exchange offer. Why would I want more dresses or clothing items from this company that makes such poor quality items. I refused the exchange and again asked for a return shipping label and 100% refund. Bella Barnett again offered me an exchange or a 40% refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. Both of these dresses are still brand new in their packaging and were just tried on. I will never wear them. All I want is to send the dresses back and I want a 100% full refund of the purchase price of the items.Initial Complaint

This is in regards to Bella Barnett order # BB20238930:I purchased a few dresses from Bella barnett, 1 of the dresses did not fit and the other was sent damaged. For both dresses I spent $151.84. After sending several emails to Bella Barnett for an exchange or refund for almost a month, I finally received an email response that they will exchange the items. I choose to exchange the dress that did not fit for a larger size and damaged dress with with the Crystal ******** set which was $169.90. Bella Barnett said I had to pay an additional $97 for the Crystal ******** Set since it was more expensive than the damaged dress and only paid $70.90 for the damaged dress. I just received the Crystal ******** Set and it was cut so small that it did not fit, so I reached out to Bella Barnett to get a return shipping label to return the set, and receive a store credit or refund in the amount of $169.90 which was the amount I paid for the Crystal ********, but they are refusing to accept the Crystal ******** Set and give me a refund or store credit. Not only did they send me a damaged dress initially, they are refusing to refund me for my purchase. I ordered a dress and it came not true to size. It is very small and has no sticker or tag indicating the size of the clothing. They not only did not only false advertised but also would not refund the full amount and want to charge for clothing that was not true to size and was not even worn. They are in a plastic bag and stink too. They have a very unpleasant odor on the clothing. I want my full money back for the return and need a shipping label to return it. My fiancee and I purchased two items from Bella Barnett back in March, the items arrived in April. One of the items arrived with a broken zipper and both items were way too small. The size chart they had posted was incredibly inaccurate. We reached out to customer service to receive store credit or issue a return. **************** told us that if we wanted a refund we would have to "damage both items" to show they could not be worn. This seemed ridiculous, but we followed their directions. They have been playing a game with us over email for the last month and a half, refusing to issue a refund or store credit.
