    This company is a SCAM !! I never received shipping info within their self imposed 12 hours. I emailed them to no avail ! I only heard back after leaving a negative review.The excuse was what I ordered was now not in stock and I could order something else or get only 20% of my ****** .. I reiterate this came only after my negative review.The intent is to take your money for items you will never receive. I have filed a dispute for the entire amount they stole !!

    FRAUD. This company says us based and is not. Sends you China quality junk. Gives you a return label and NEVER refunds you after getting their product back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    Ordered a "beaded" dress they promoted on Instagram and received a badly printed out dress on very cheap fabric. On the back of the dress the patterns didn't even align. Do not buy from this place, it's a scam. The dresses are subpar and they refuse to process refunds. Not worth your time, money, or hassle.

    The dresses on the website look stunning. I looked Bella up on ****** and other reviews, I saw others buying these dresses so I decided to buy one. I have a curvy body with a bigger chest. I found a beautiful silver dress and I decided to order it for my 40th. I also got earrings and purse. I stayed up at night thinking about my purchase and if the dress would fit. I took actual measurements of my body and got the size to match it. I finally got my package. The earrings were big and cute as described on the website. The purse wasnt worth the amount I paid but still decent. The dress was like plastic and all the glitter immediately came off on my floor. It wouldnt zip up and I was extremely annoyed because I had bought the right size. As soon as I got my package, I emailed the company. I got a email back from ****** but it was in my junk mail so I had to find it. She said it would cost 9 dollars to send back. I said yes, Ill accept. Then she never replied. So I wrote back multiple times and asked were to send the dress back too. Finally I got another email with a package slip and it had the wrong name where my name was supposed to be and a different name of the company as to where it was going. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY if you plan to do any type of return! Its a scam on that part. They dont want to give you any money back. You will receive a dress so *** its a ****** as to if it will fit or not. Its just not worth it to me

    Id give no stars if I could!This site is horrible! I fell for it because of the nice looking dresses posted on their site. Dont be fooled as the dresses are not nice like the photos. Their sizes are also off. Cheap fabric. Your purchase is either only for exchange or they state u must pay a high shipping fee to return your item. If you choose to exchange it is final and even if you are not happy with your exchange they dont care! Please go elsewhere if you want good use out of your money!Dont waste your money the way I did! Horrible experience! Also the customer service is through a person who claims to be an ******. She only emails. You cant talk to a live representative person.

    This Bella Barnett business is a scam. They advertise clothing and when you attempt to purchase and put in your credit card information, they send you a paypal invoice for a charity called ***************** that is $5 more than the amount of your purchase. They do not have a phone number to reach them and you cannot email them either. You have to fill out a form and hope they will respond and then they don't. DO NOT waste your time and money with this business. If anyone is successful getting their order, I am truly shocked. On the website it says my purchase is pending, but shows that I put in a credit card. I made a big mistake trying to purchase from this group whoever they are. The website is bellabarnetts.com. I placed the order Feb 17, **** and have been emailing ever since because I didn't receive and email confirmation for my order. I can log into my account on bellabarnetts.com and see my order, but it shows no updates as far as fulfillment or shipping. They won't respond to any of my inquiries.

    *** writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent situation regarding my order. A few days ago, I eagerly purchased a beautiful green dress through this platform for my professional needs. However, I was informed yesterday that they would no longer be able to deliver the ordered dress to *******, after I had already made the payment. This experience has left me profoundly disappointed, especially considering the trust I placed in the company as a customer.Unfortunately, my interactions with the customer service team did not reflect empathy or understanding. The emails I received were cold and indifferent, further exacerbating my experience. Furthermore, I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the fact that I have not been paid the commission that I agreed upon with the one from their team. The response I received from her was not only impolite but also provided incomplete information. The fact that she sent me a picture with the code "TOP15, 0 sold" dated *****., while my documented posts are dated *****. and 21.11.2023., indicates inconsistency in dealing with influencers. This behavior of the company creates an impression of unreliability and inconsistency, seriously undermining my trust in the company.

    Avoid this company at all cost! Their clothes are nothing like they advertised! After a few back and forth emails disputing why I need my refund back- they finally agreed to refund all of my money once I return the item back. It has been a month since I returned the clothes now still no refund and no response to my emails. This is a scamming company!

    Their clothes run very small and their reviews are fake. They dont allow returns. they dont send replacement items instead send fake none existent return labels. The clothes would actually be nice if they fit. ZERO customer service. If you dont want a hassle dont buy from them.
