Ive been a loyal customer at ********************** in ****** for a while, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. On February 11, 2025, I went to get my car washed, and unexpectedly, I was told to leave by an employee named ********, who has colored hair and a nose ring. It turns out, my former step-sons girlfriend (***** ******) saw me and mentioned it to ********, who then approached me and insisted I leave without providing a clear reason.Afterward, I contacted customer support multiple times, hoping to resolve the issue, but I never received a response. Fast forward to yesterday, I returned to the car wash, and when I spoke to ****, the team lead, he informed me that I was banned from the premises. According to ****, the reason for the ban was a complaint from ********, claiming that I tried to run her over, which is absolutely false.Ive never acted in any way to harm anyone, and its incredibly upsetting to be banned without proper investigation or even an attempt to hear my side. **** told me that if I return, the police will be called for trespassing. This is shocking behavior, especially since Ive been a loyal customer and have a membership with the company.I am now left with no choice but to pursue legal action for this unjust treatment. I want to warn others about how this establishment handles its customersif youre thinking about using their services, be cautious. It seems like they are more interested in false accusations and banning loyal customers than providing the quality service they claim to offer.Quick Quack Car Wash

"0" Star. I took my car for a car wash at 8.00pm and paid $24.00.When I collected the car from car wash it was dark and one could hardly notice if car wash job was done right. Next day when I looked at the car it was hardly any cleaner then when I took it in previous day. So I took my car back and showed the attendant the car and the receipt for the wash which included the car registration number. The attendant point blankly refused to re-wash it for no charge and denied excess to the supervisor or manger to rectify the situation. I called the customer service and they too denied to rewash my car for free. They said I have to pay another $23.00 to rewash the car. Incidentally after I got car after the wash, I simply dove it to my house close by. As a courtesy the car at least should have been rewashed to remove the uncleaned spots on the car. These people are rip offs. Never again my cars will visit their locations ever. Other people who would like to use them "BEWARE". Do not get ripped off by them.Quick Quack Car Wash

To take the time to do this, means a lot for me. Some manager made my daughter literally back up my car out of the line because the membership wasnt current. Because she knew I lost my debit card and knew I needed to update it, she did t want to reactivate the membership with hers. They refused to let her buy a single **** wash for some reason. This happened in JANUARY 2025. Its April and have sent in multiple emails and its comical, Ive never once been contacted. Not by phone, email, messenger pigeon, nothing. The most unbelievably incompetent organization for the most fixable and simple issues they refuse to engage in. Im still furious and its been 4 months!!!! **DAMAGE TO VEHICLE!!!** Caused severe damage to my fully stock 5 year old vehicle that is in pristine condition. Was told I had previous damage blatant LIE! claim denied. They Lost my entire family and friends as customers. It is ironic that if you look at every damage claim against this company, it is ALWAYS the vehicles fault, or preexisting damage. Another review stated their car was 2 weeks old but apparently has preexisting damage?!?!? Since when does something have to malfunction to cause damage? Machines have variances that can cause damage Do better for your customers!!! Sad to know this company blames customers for their own negligenceQuick Quack Car Wash

Hello ******* - We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience and disagree with the outcome of your claim. As our signage at the entrance of the car wash states, We are only responsible for items that are factory-installed, secured, undamaged, and on vehicles that are less than five years old. This claim was denied because the side mirror had a gap prior to entry and the vehicle also falls outside of our age policy which may have been the leading cause as to why this incident occurred. Over time, through normal wear and tear, parts become less secure and are more easily removed. Nothing malfunctioned during your wash to cause this incident so unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for this incident since it does fall in line with incidents that can occur with pre-existing damage and the age of the vehicle and is advised by our signage before you enter the wash. **Review for Quick Quack Car Wash**I recently visited Quick Quack Car Wash, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. As a loyal member for over a year, I have had numerous positive visits in the past, but this time was different. During my recent visit, I attempted to add another vehicle to my membership. To my dismay, the system wouldnt allow it, and I was informed that I would need to pay for a new membership to wash my additional car. Given my longstanding relationship with Quick Quack and the fact that I already have five cars under my membership, I thought a reasonable request for a complimentary wash while they sorted out the issue would be acceptable. However, ****, the manager, firmly told me NO, stating that they were not permitted to make exceptions.This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Its disappointing to see a company disregard the loyalty of its members, especially when a simple solution could have maintained goodwill. Moving forward, I hope Quick Quack can improve their customer service policies to better accommodate dedicated customers like myself. Unfortunately we could not add this vehicle to your account because you account already had the maximum number of 5 vehicles on the account. You had also already used the maximum number of license plate swaps so we were unable to swap one of your license plates to this vehicle. When this was explained you asked for a complimentary wash. While we value you as a customer, we cannot wash a vehicle without a current membership or the purchase of a single wash. This is a company policy and our of our team members control. We apologize if this made you feel undervalued; however, we cannot wash a vehicle without a current membership for that vehicle or the purchase of a single wash. Terrible. The Car Wash shattered my rear window brake lamp light and almost fully tore off the cover pads on my running boards. $24.00 Is an insane price for the Terrible job it did getting my truck clean as well left a black residue on the hood of my truck. Didn't like the high pressure sales push for the monthly unlimited wash club easier. This place won't last long.Quick Quack Car Wash

I slipped on ice behind my car in the vacuum stall. My glasses punctured my nose and broke. I had a concussion for two days. My wrist a month later is not back to full capacity. None of the PI vultures will take the case not enough money. Fact is the company only salts at night one time. As per Mgr on site who to incident report. No signs no one in the vacuum area from the company. The owners Travis ****** and Jason ******* are well insulated from harm. Each store is its own llc and you have to have the registered agent to serve them at the address where the incident happened. SEC of utah dosent know. So I can't file a small claim. Hello **** - Were truly sorry to hear about your experience and hope youre feeling better. We take all incidents like this seriously and conducted a thorough review at the time of your report.
You visited our wash around 3:30 pm and received your wash and proceeded to the vacuum area. The footage shows that our team salted the area well before your visit at 12:30 pm to address any ice on the property. The footage also shows that you walked around your vehicle several times with no issues before slipping on the wet pavement. The wet pavement was a clearly visible hazard and no ice was present.
While we understand this has been a frustrating situation, based on the findings there was no evidence of negligence on our part. That said, were always working to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all of our customers and hope to better serve you in the future.
