Got a loan for a water softener because it had 12 months same as cash. Loan was approved well above what was needed, but had to prove it was my property. Then after that got an email and phone call once a week for a month wanting a picture of my property with my address visible. Never heard of such a thing for a loan less than $3000.00. Got tired of it and just paid off the loan. Will never do business with them again and will tell others not to also.Review from Sherafgun B

To whom it may concern,I had a representative from Texas Solar who sold me Solar panels for my electricity. He told me that it would replace my electricity bill and I would pay for the solar bill instead. His name was ***. The payment was set at $170.00 a month for the solar. It ended up my electricity bill was lowered $15.00. Then someone from GoodLeap called me and told me my payment was going to increase to $250. I called Texas Solar about the electricity bill not stopping and they came out and said the panels were working at 15% because of the trees around the house needed to be cut down.I called Texas Solar and asked them to come get the panels and they told me it would be $10,000 to remove them.I feel I was mis-lead from the beginning. My electricity bill did not stop, it only lowered $15.00, then the payment was being increased to $250 and nothing that I was told was true. To this day our electricity has still not lowered.Review from Fank H
