I ordered 9 windows with Windows USA which is to be financed for $15,000 when I received my welcome packet I found that the total amount of the 9 windows was $35,000 with the interest of $20,000 by itself. interest rate *****% but the way that GoodLeap does their interest has got to be against the law and is very misleading. The total cost is not given once everything is said and done. This is a company that rely on referrals and this is what happens.Review from joelene t

Not sure if the solar company or the finance company was making it hard. Until I threatened to contact the BBB they were giving me the run around. Be very careful about what you sign . I also could not find an official way to cancel in writing. All the documents had COPY across them and stated I needed an official copy of the document to sign and mail or send a telegram. They did end up completed the cancelation -hopefully. I will follow up in the future. Just be very careful signing contracts with this companyReview from Charlene L

Hidden fees and very misleading loan practices. Both the home contractor and the GoodLeap representative stated there would be no fees or interest if the loan was paid off before the due date, but GoodLeap still charged a fee for removing a ***** of security interest. GoodLeap has vague language in the contract, with no mention of the amount of the fee, that they state allows them to collect it, despite what their sales representative said.Review from Michael U

The whole team at Goodleap went above and beyond to make this transition as seamless as possible. What an outstanding team that I was blessed to work with. I would highly recommend anyone considering purchasing or refinancing their home to give Goodleap a chance. They will definitely make it worth your time, and we all know, time is a precious thing that we have dont have nearly enough of. Make the right move and give them a call.
