  Makes me wonder when people trash a company such as ***** on this site, are they real people? I'm in my sixties and I've seen MANY doers and talkers in my lifetime.. Some fail ( I have in my 20s and 30s- I am only human and I made mistakes) . My husband and I pulled the trigger and started investing and attending as many auctions monthly since March 2024. Lessons we've learned on how to research from ***** instructors We were mentored by the Principal himself (**** M) on a call when we ran into challenges. A busy man but he made the time to do a video call. His team members were always there when we had questions in the Mastermind classes (a course worth every Dollar !! )I was even more driven after going onsite to see their investment properties (part of the mastermind course) . They actually practice what they preach!! Wow, my head was spinning with so many new ideas on "See what everyone sees but do what nobody will do". If anyone of you who are still on the fence about this company... Please ask yourself, are you worth the investment if you seriously want to make a change in your life. My background was a ******************** underwriter. With that background, I have an investigative mind (training I learned in that business). I researched other Tax Lien, Tax Deed companies but chose ***** because they seemed authentic and I read their reviews. I even reached out to one of the students on ********. When I got my answer, I was satisfied. Happy Holidays to you all. Kick start a life changing experience for 2025, if you need and want a change. This is your life and your journey ! Have vision of where you want to be, Stay Positive , Take action.. JUST DO IT!

  I was very serious and excited about the possibility of an added source of passive income working with a company that appears to be reputable and knowledgeable.until I had an interview with ***** ******. In all of my 73 years of life, I have never met anyone in sales that was as arrogant and condescending as he was. At one point, he told me that the company didnt need me, that I needed them. This was in response to my question of what is the estimated total cost of the membership that I was upgrading to. At that point, I was kicked out of the program and told that if I needed to know the cost I was not the type of person that they wanted to work with. I was a red flag!! Well so is ***** and if the company supports that behavior, they are a red flag also!!******

  I do show a record of Ms. ************* opting into our our free training in October. However, we do not conduct interviews nor would we tolerate the behavior described in the above review. 

  I am confident that Ms. ************* intended to identify a different organization and left this review by error. I look forward to personally speaking with the individual and resolving this matter.

  ***** ****** / YELP / BBB review I have been a client of ***** since 10/2023. I have never had the pleasure of working with a group of people that are so completely invested in my success. The owner of the Company, **** *., is one of the most genuine and knowledgeable people I have met, and now have the privilege of calling a friend. I took the Executive Level Classes - ten weeks of one hour per week classes. Classes were taught by a knowledgeable representative who is also a successful investor, utilizing the ***** tools. In addition, there were two full eight hours days of coaching by a very seasoned, highly successful investor. I paid close attention, took copious notes and asked questions. Classes ended in March 2024; I kicked off my investment LLC in April 2024. It is now August 1st, and I have acquired 3 properties. I have already received a Deed for one of the properties and will commence renovations within a couple of weeks. I work with confidence and assurance due to the education that I received; over and above the education, I am able to ask questions and seek advice as needed from ***** on an ongoing basis. I have formed valuable relationships with other ***** clients with whom I seek and share ideas as well as troubleshooting. In this short time, I have made true friends with members of the ***** team. I simply cannot express how pleased I am with this entire experience and the team at *****. It is so rare in today's world to find a company that is so invested in my success. It is also almost unheard of for a company to be this invested in my continuing success both now and going forward. The money that I spent on my education and training was a true investment in my success. My first deal, as described above, will more than pay for the cost of my education. If you are willing to dedicate yourself to hard work and follow the recipe for success, you will absolutely find that success with *****.

  I was first introduced to the US Tax Lien Association (USTLA) about 10 years ago, but I didn't initially take action and follow through to learn more and start investing. Finally, coming out of the pandemic, I decided to engage, and in 2021 took a multi-day course. The course information was conveyed in a clear and thoughtful manner, attendees questions were thoroughly answered and explained, and it was clear that the positive financial impact of investing in tax liens and deeds was compelling! Even as a successful Realtor for 28 years at the time, I recognized that these investments were a niche market of real estate, so I did sign up for further group and 1-on-1 training in order to learn more details and nuances from ***** instructors and coaches who had "walked-the-walk". The training paid off, as I was successful at purchasing 1 tax deed and 13 tax liens (3 of which turned into deeds) in the first year after completing my training. The profits generated from the sale of those liens and deeds far exceeded dollars I invested in training. Since then, I've taken further training, and each course provides the value that I've come to expect from everyone at *****. In just the last two weeks, I reached out with a question about a new market I was considering. Very quickly they put me in touch with a trainer and coach who, in short order, set up a zoom call on a Saturday morning during which all my questions were answered. Furthermore, he took far more time than I was expecting and provided invaluable information beyond the questions I'd asked! Six days after that call, I successfully purchased a deed, in that new market, that should yield a very substantial return! The leadership and coaching team at ***** have the expertise, the experience, the mentorship mindset, and the genuine concern for their members and students that ensures everyone the opportunity to succeed! I'm incredibly excited to see what this next year will have in store!

  I've been with USTLA for over a year and have purchased and participated in several of their classes and activities. Thus far my experience has been that USTLA's programs and staff are well positioned to give individuals wanting to learn about tax lien/deed investing, the knowledge and tools they need to get a head start with a good comprehensive understanding of the tax lien/deed investing arena. Ive been a licensed commercial real estate broker for over 25 years working exclusively with institutional and high net worth investors. And although USTLAs focus isnt on the larger types of commercial transactions Ive been involved with, I find they do a fantastic job of breaking down the basics of a very complex industry into manageable, easy to understand lessons and strategies. USTLA and staff are extremely knowledgeable about this investment market, and Ive found them professional to deal with. What they are providing is an education, and the amount of dedication and resources Ive experienced has been impressive.

  I have been working with this company for less than a year and have found the information provided more than helpful in helping me to establish a successful business. In paying the initial training cost I believe that I received sufficient training to understand how to purchase tax liens and tax deeds as was indicated on the video on the company's website. In addition, I was able to take the 2-day training more than once to ensure that I was clear on how to utilize the material received as well as what is taught in the 2-day group training.More in-depth trainings are offered at various levels. I'm glad because the additional training has enable me to feel more confident in mastering the skills taught and improving my personal goals and habits.*************************, his staff, and business associates are professional, and are accessible to me when needed. I'm grateful that I chose this company and not one of their competitors.

  I can't say enough about USTLA. **** and his company are honest and will bend over backwards to help you reach your goals (**** will help you make goals that you didn't even know that you needed). I've participated in the beginner training, the 1 on 1 training and I'm currently in the mastermind and I couldn't be happier with the results. I plan to use the skills that I've learned here for the rest of my life and I know that if I have any questions down the road **** and his people will not hesitate to help me any way that they can. One thing, if you purchase any training from ***** and put it into use the way they teach you to, you will not sorry. You can do all the training in the world, but if you don't put it into action, it won't do you any good.   I have been a member of USTLA for almost two years and it has been a life changing experience for me. The training is top notch, and the people that I have met and have worked with are first class! Some of which, I have done real estate deals with.I cannot believe the awesome people I now have in my inner circle because of my relationship with this organization.

  I was first acquainted with USTLA in 2017 and have nothing but respect and appreciation for the way they do business. They take a personal interest in each person they work with and go above and beyond to give assistance and direction. I will continue to be proud to be associated with this amazing group.
