    **** filmed our wedding video in May of 2022, and his contract said wed receive our video by August of that year. It is now August of 2023, a full year past our due date. No video. No communication. He just told us to wait until hes finished. We appealed to him through this BBB website; he said hed get back to us within the week. He still didnt. I have zero confidence in him ever delivering us a finished wedding video, yet he refuses to release to us the footage of our most special day. Sadly, we feel we have no option left except to *** him in court, which is do sad considering hes had a full year to finish this project, yet all the whole has been disrespectful and non-responsive through e-mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT PHOTOGRAPHER. He collects full pay on deposit, but never delivers his promised work

    Hello *****,I did not see the initial BBB complaint e-mail until the follow-up e-mail from BBB was received. After my first response, I received communication from BBBs automated system that I had more time to respond so I took that time to provide a more adequate response. That can be validated through the timestamps BBB collects when the complaints are viewed.You are failing to disclose that I delivered your photo project on time and provided 818 additional edited images from your wedding in excess of the 250 promised. You are also failing to disclose that I provided 9 advanced edited images from the free engagement session I provided for you, 4 more than promised. You are also failing to disclose that the wedding highlight film was provided to you within one day of the deadline.You claim there was no communication but that is false. There are countless e-mails, text messages, and social media messages from you and your wife that I responded to. I repeatedly communicated with you until you chose to harass me at which point I stated I would contact you once I was completed with your project. You stated that I refused to release your footage but that is false. I never once claimed I would not provide your full wedding film.You stated that Ive been disrespectful but I have never once chosen to disrespect you. You; however, have chosen to provide false statements of *****, continuously harass and bully, and maliciously posted defaming comments about me on photos of my clients on social media. You received an early payment discount on your invoice if your installments were made on time. You failed to complete some installments on time; however, I never held that against you or took away your discount. Instead of removing the discount, I was understanding and honored it for you.COVID-19 had a severe impact on non-essential businesses such as mine. The quantity of small businesses in ********** that were forced to shut down over the last few years is very high. Im still recovering from the impact. I fought very hard to keep things moving to continue the remaining portion of your video project without sacrificing quality.The bulk of your wedding project was delivered on time. You stated that I am fraudulent photographer. If this were true, I never would have shown up to your wedding, edited the photos and videos, and responded to any of your communication, apologizing for the delay for the full video portion of your project. This is a very serious statement of libel that you deliberately chose to claim.All photos from your engagement and wedding, your highlight film, and full video were uploaded online for you to download.
