    I purchased a more expensive ticket with ***************. - the travel time should last 16h 48 minutes. The trip took 3 and half days - (75 hrs.) to my final destination due to airplane maintenance resulting in flight cancelations. I also I had extra expenses with transportation , due to a 3 days delay missing all my business appointments. I would like a full refund of my United flight for my ticket and my daughter's. That is the minimal they could do to repair this h*** of a trip.

    I booked a service package of a travel agency on usitrip on February 23, 2024, including hotel accommodation and excursions. However, I encountered a series of problems in this travel experience, and I felt extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.First of all, a few days before the start of the trip, I was told that the hotel I originally booked had to pay an additional fee of $400. This change without prior notice caused inconvenience and economic burden to me.Secondly, after arriving at the destination, I found that the actual service provided was seriously inconsistent with the content advertised by the travel agency. According to publicity, the two important activities included in the itinerary - a hearty salmon meal and a visit to the ********** - did not appear in the actual itinerary. This difference makes me feel misled, and my travel experience is greatly reduced.What's more, although the travel agency promised to arrange luxury hotel accommodation in the publicity, it actually arranged for me to stay in a motel. This is far from the high-end accommodation I expected, and the $2,000 I paid for it didn't seem to get the service and experience I deserved.It is understood that the travel agency claims on its official website that its credit score at BBB (Better Business Bureau) is A+. However, based on my experience this time, I am deeply confused and think that this may involve fraud.     During spring break season, there were far more guests going to ********* than regular time,

    It was much harder and more costly to book hotel rooms and some activities were cancelled due to unexpected situation... We did realize that our guests were not 100% satisfied with their tour with us and we have agreed to partially refund the parts they had complaints about including Salmon meals, $400 additional hotel charge and transportation fee for going north pool.

    I am writing to voice my concerns with UnitedStars International Ltd, a decision made after considerable deliberation given the unsatisfactory resolution to issues encountered during our engagement with them. It has been nearly a month since these events transpired, and despite reluctantly accepting their offered compensation, I am compelled to highlight that my acceptance was driven by a desire to avoid further energy and time expenditure on this matter, rather than satisfaction with their proposed solution.

    Initially, UnitedStars International Ltd promised $960 worth of photographic services as compensation for a hotel booking issue prior to our trip. This promise remained unfulfilled; we did not receive any photographs by the trip's conclusion, nor was there any attempt by the company to document our experience as initially assured. When this concern was raised, the company's response was to inappropriately shift the blame onto us for not engaging a photographer, a situation that was compounded by the unsatisfactory attitude of the company representative during the negotiation process. The resolution to this matter was further complicated by the communication of the final compensation policy through a third-party purchasing platform, a method that only served to deepen my disappointment with their services.

    Given these experiences, and considering that others may have faced similar issues, I urge the BBB to re-evaluate UnitedStars International Ltd's qualifications and their A+ rating. It is imperative that such ratings accurately reflect the quality of service provided, to ensure that consumers are adequately informed and protected.

    My family and I booked a package tour to ****** via usitrip.com, which was our travel agent and tour operator and was owned by Unitedstars International Ltd. In the package, there was an ice fishing activity and during the activity, my son's coat was burned by an exposed log burner and the coat was severely damaged. We tried to negotiate with Unitedstars International but they refused any kind of refund.
