    I ordered a bookshelf/toy box/dress armor from this company on September 21, 2024. I received it on September 25, 2024. I contacted the company and told them that it was missing the wooden dowel that you need to put it together and the instructions to put it together, they reached back out to me and told me they have to check with the supplier first to make sure its missing and to take a picture and I did. They will not compensate me for waiting this long to get a wooden dowel and the instructions they keep telling me wait 25 days wait 7 to 15 days . It is now November 2. My kids have still not been able to use their dress up or more and I ordered this on September 21.

    On May 28th 2024, I received an Ktaxon ****** BTU Air Conditioner I ordered thru ******** It worked fine for about 1 month. Then my ************** noticed it stopped blowing ice cold air. It was now blowing out cool air, like a fan. I contacted Ktaxon about it & all they tell me me is to find someone to fix ************ reimburse me for it. I don't have that kind of money to put up until they (maybe) send it to me. I demanded they send me a new AC & pick up this 1. They still say find someone 2 fix ************ reimburse me plus an extra $50. This is a terrible warranty provided by them. Hoping you can help me with this issue. Thank you

    I purchased a ** stand with a fireplace online at Walmart.com. The company selling the ** stand is Ktaxon. The description says it comes with the fireplace insert and that it arrives in 2 boxes. I received the ** stand first and put it together while I waited for the fireplace to arrive. I contacted Ktaxon to get a tracking number for the fireplace so I knew when to expect its arrival since the listing states that the two boxes may arrive at different times. Ktaxon informed me that my order only has one box, the ** stand. They actually tried to gaslight me by repeating that my order only has the ** stand. It wasn't until after I emailed screenshots of the listing information that they finally admitted that it was an error and that it wasn't supposed to come with the fireplace. I asked them to honor their listing byvsending me the fireplace insert because I never would have bought this ** stand had it not come with the fireplace. I asked them how to return the ** stand since it is already put together and I have disposed of the shipping box. Again, they gave a generic response of going online and selecting the return option and repacking the tv stand and placing a shipping label on it. I again told them I can not do that because I don't have the box and the stand is put together. I am in a mess of a situation because of Ktaxon's mistake and they are not willing to make it right. I repeatedly asked for the fireplace insert to be sent to me because that is what the original listing stated. Once they declined to send the fireplace thats when I tried to initiate a return. I feel like this is their mess and they don't like my solution but won't provide any valid solutions of their own. I have been emailing with their customer support for days now and I am getting no where with them.

    I ordered a dryer from Ktaxon through the ******* app on the night of 12/23/23 for $186.56 I requested cancelation within 12 hours of placing the order on the morning of 12/24/23 I emailed Ktaxon and spoke to ******* many times through 12/24-12/27 Ktaxon sent a generic response to contact ******* And ******* said to contact the seller and that they would also message the seller Both parties passed away he buck I was told yesterday (12/27/2023 at 12 ish pm) by ******* Id get a refund I woke up today with a new charge on my account in the same amount and more ******* is stating theyre fraudulent charges per ******** in their fraud department that she can not find the charges in their system And is going to open an investigation on Ktaxon ..My bank says it is in fact ******* Im he charge says 702 S *********** ARUS In the amounts of and dates of 12/23/2023 $2.06, 12/24/2023 $0.01, and on 12/27/2023 $186.56 at 10:03 am ( before my refund was processed by the ******* manager). I want a full refund for everything.

    I ordered a clothes dryer , received message that it was delivered. Came home to a delivery if a baby stroller that I did not order. Contacting ******* and Ktaxon both advise me to contact the other. Impossible to make them understand that I received the wrong item, they tell me to return the dryer for a refund but I DID NOT RECEIVE A DRYER. I received someone elses stroller.I want the stroller picked up and I want a FULL REFUND for the item I ordered but never received.I am moving and will not be at my current address in two days.

    In May of 2023, I purchased an **** btu window air conditioning unit thru ******* built by Ktaxon. I also purchased a 3 year warranty for it. In July of the same year it stopped putting out cold air. I contacted ******* who said it was too soon for the warranty to be used and to contact Ktaxon instead. Its been a nightmare talking to them. They are dodging any attempts to rectify the bad ac unit. They even asked me to get an outside repair place to fix it. I have elderly pets that the heat is stressing them. I also live in a mobile home that gets very hot. I just want my unit fixed or money back. I cannot afford to outright buy another ac unit.

    Bought a tent canopy poles bent plastic had velcro which some were missing

    April 2022, purchased two 120 X 40 patio door/window canopy. They cost $90 per section. They now have water inside the top layer of lining and it is getting moldy. Cannot get the water or mold out. Trying to get intouch with the company for an explaination and there is no one to either answer my three emails nor my several calls. Don't know what to do... Can you help?
