    Always gives the run around. Sends products with missing pieces and then they never send them to you when you adhere to all their queries

    I dont think they deserve any stars I order some tents through ******* and they were the contracted seller and I wanted to return the tents and they first told me to find someone to buy them then they stated that they could only refund me $20 when I spent all most $300 for 3 tents

    This is a AliExpress drop shipper. You will not get spare parts. You will not get a refund. You might get a completely different product than your ordered. You may not even get a product at all.When you buy something from them, they simply order it from Alibaba. It will take weeks before you get your item. Have a problem and need to send it back? Good luck. They will drag out communication times and scam you. The reason? They have no infrastructure in place to handle returns. They only know how to click the buy now button on Temu. Stay dad, far away from this seller.

    **** from customer service was the rudest, unhelpful, smuggest excuse for help I've ever encountered. She would not answer my questions and also refused to give me any information of her supervisor. I will never, ever buy anything else from this company, as I'm left with a broken canopy with no resolution and a big fat loss of money.

    They agreed to refund but have given multiple excuses for not sending.I have email after email stating they need info.to complete refund only to give more excuses why they have not.

    I purchased a couch from Ktaxon through ******* and it arrived defective. I cant even put the couch together. Ktaxon refused to respond to any of my emails so I filed fraud with my bank. Then Ktaxon charged me again and finally wrote back saying the couch is fine. The couch is not fine. Its defective and I cant put it together, there are spring marks all over the cushions and very minimal filling. Originally I wanted a replacement piece but after dealing with them I requested a full refund. Both ******* and Ktaxon have ran me in circles. Their solution is I pay $360 of my own money to purchase new boxes to send the couch back. This is a defective item in their end and they were contacted within the return window timeframe. This is ridiculous that they cant either provide me with boxes to return the item or have a truck come pick it up. I have NEVER had an issue with returning anything big or small from other companies.

    I ordered a vanity and upon assembly it was missing a single led light. I have been waiting over two months for a "replacement part" I wish I would have did better research on this company before purchasing anything. I will never buy a single item from this company ever again and will make sure none of my friends or family or coworkers will have to deal with this company they are quick to take your money but won't stand behind their own products its very disappointing on how they conduct business if you are reading this please this is warning stay away go purchase somewhere else its not worth the drama nor the time or energy. Their is a specific reason why you can't find a phone number to reach them only via email.

    I am so sad. Waiting on a christmas gift. Seller requires signature. I have left signature on my door. But ***** won't allow delivery due to seller request. And it has been taken back to warehouse 4 days in a row. So disappointed. Would never recommend.

    Would give zero if I could. Bought a small couch from them and it came in missing cushion covers.
