I purchased a vehicle from visions Auto Sales on November 1,2023 I asked within a timely manor after noticing engine problems, air bag damage, seat damage, window damage, car engine needing some work done, check engine light on, car not passing smog, body damage to the car like the vehicle has been involved in an accident, left blinker light damage, windshield wiper damage broken and need replacement hazard issue in bad weather, seat moved and is not safe while driving vehicle passenger seat is defective, presenting a safety issue for passenger. Water in the engine make noise issues with water pump not fixed. Oil leaks, water leaks.Locks on doors does not work correctly, engine has problems keeping up to speed and staying up to speed and the engine and transmission is slipping in the vehicle. I called owner and co-owners and employees since November 1,2023 about returning this vehicle for a refund of my money back so I can purchase a different vehicle for my family. The owner denied my rights to have my money back paperwork they have I contacted *** was told car can not be transferred to my name.Issue with transfer get a refund. Called business they told me DMV said paperwork the business has still not been filed and a return can be granted since no paperwork sentYelp reviews and business reviews are bad. Lemon law was violated told I buy the car now its my problem as a buyer to fix issues with the vehicle. Today is November November 20,2023 and 19 days later I still have problems with the car, I am not happy with the car and I told the owner and sales men about the cars problems and they were not nice to me hung up in my face on the phone call. The owner and co-owners argued with me and yelled rude Nobody will speak with me or answer my calls about the car or trade the car or refund my money and that was the only money I had for a car.
