    Countertop was replaced 8/17/2022. On 8/21/2022 the counter top developed a crack. Countertop was installed incorrectly and bowing up around sink. Worker came out and verified crack. The counter top was bowing up due to counter top was installed incorrectly. I was informed Granite Outlet would reach out to me for correction. Granite Outlet has never reached back to me after multiple emails. Replacement of new counter top. Granite Outlet needs to pay in full for entire removal and installation of cracked counter top. Granite Outlet will also need to pay in full for removal and installation of back splash and sink that was installed on 8/20/2022. Granite Outlet was aware counter top was installed incorrectly and failed to let clients know before proceeding with rest of kitchen. Seeking for repair/replacement or compensation so I can contract someone to perform repair/replacement.

    Customer agreed to a full refund on the installation and the refund check was cashed in February 2023.
