Hello. I ordered a mirror from 1StopLighting.com for $582. Order number ********. They billed me and sent me a shipping confirmation with GLC Shipping (conf *********). The shipment shows "delivered with signature" on 6/21/2024, but I never got the package. I was out of town on that day and I live alone. I went to all my nearby neighbors as well, no package. I contacted 1StopLighting and it is VERY difficult to reach anyone. They don't have phone support. I online chatted with an agent and he said they would send me a replacement. 2 days later they cancelled the replacement and another chat/email states that the shipper confirmed delivery and therefore there will be no replacement. I never got the package. I cannot reach the shipper (GLC Shipping), and multiple requests for PROOF of delivery -- a copy of the "signature" or ANY proof of delivery has gone unanswered. Of note - the phone number to the shipping company goes to a scam - a ****************** sales pitch *************). I think that nothing was ever shipped to me and this is all fraud. They stole my $582 and expect me to walk away. I'm furious that they can get away with this. I've spent the last week trying to reach a human being to talk about this, but every chat ends in no answers and every email just comes back with "the shipper confirms delivery". They recommend that I check with other family members... I LIVE ALONE. I would love a refund, but regardless, this company and GLC Shipping need to be investigated.
