      I chatted with ****** on an order that I placed. It's backorder and quickly he was able to give me an update and expected ship date. He was awesome. So kind, friendly and extremely willing to help!!! Sometimes chats aren't always the best customer service but ****** was great!!! Absolutely fantastic customer service!!

      Purchased a fan for $450 in December but never received the fan. Spent weeks trying to find status and then finally cancel order. The will not allow order to be cancelled. Constantly delay and holding money. No way to talk to person with customer service. when I call back to order line person is there to take money, but cannot get me back in touch with anyone to cancel and give us money back. No product ever shipped. Essentially just holding or stealing money. ***** ******

      im super disappointed that i spend over 1000 on a chandelier that arrived broken. when ordered i was promised next day arrival of my money back. needlesss to say it didnt arrive next day but i was ok with that as long as we hit the light in time. called in to let them know the light was damaged and was told id receive an email and someone would reach out in 3-4 business days. Im really hoping they rectify this easily. but for now im truly dissatisfied UPDATE- its now been over a week since i spoke with this company about the damaged product. Only way to reach them is through chat- and that takes forever. Advised them that the crystals has been broken. Sent in pictures and all. Told me the order had been sent for replacement crystals and Id receive an update. Needless to say never received an update- had to reach back out via chat again- only for them to tell me there was no update and they will send one when they have ****** NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. READ REVIEWS!

      Horrible. No way to communicate with a person. There is NO PHONE NUMBER answered by a person. There is no email. They do not respond and then charge a huge fee for return. I am not sure I will be able to get any money back????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

      I ordered a simple $150 light. It was reduced to like $110 and then for signing up for their site it was 20% off so under $90. This light is easy to find online and it is $135-150. So getting it at $90 seemed like a great deal. Bait and switch. Total gimmick to get you to their website. On the product page it said "2" left in stock. It got cancelled because "manufacturer no longer had it available. I called Kichler and asked them if the light was still available to resellers... they said "YES". So they lied about having it and lied about the manufacturer not having it. I am guessing that the $90 wasn't worth their time difference between what kichler retails it for to them and the massive discount they put on it. You see scam websites like this all over the web and the fact they are posing in CA means consumers should have more recourse. If I lived near their offices I would take them to court and make them provide the lamp for the $90 (that is the law). I don't care how many good reviews this site has, if it automates this kind of bait and switch trash on their site they are doing it hundreds/thousands of times a year. Also if you call them whenever you get to their section of the phone tree to talk to someone which might take 5-7 mins, the call just ends. I can provide all of the documentation behind everything in this review.

      Thank you for your feedback. I want to clarify a few things about your experience.
      As of this morning, the other color option for the light you were interested in is still available, based on the stock information provided by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the color you originally ordered is no longer in stock, which is why the order was canceled. Clearance items with low stock, like the one you purchased, can sell out very quickly, and we update our inventory as soon as possible.
      While we understand the frustration, I assure you there was no "bait and switch." The discount you received was applied correctly at checkout, and this was simply an unfortunate stock issue. We rely on accurate information from our suppliers and work hard to reflect that on our site.

      Fantastic ***************** I was looking to upgrade fans in the house. With all the overwhelming options, I was a confused customer who couldnt make up mind and made several mistakes with orders. Nonetheless, I had privilege to talk to ************** multiple times who gracefully help me with my odd request for orders exchange and replacements.       I placed an order that was lost by the shipping company. ********************* provided exceptional customer service to track down and get the order to my house, with very prompt and thorough communication.
