      I can see that I am not the only one to have problems with Lumens!! I bought a light fixture and shortly after several of the glass cloches shades broke at the base. I contacted Lumens on 1/15/25 and was told that they would contact the manufacturer. I contacted them again today and was told that it takes 7-10 days; really! Now we are past 20+ business days and I am promised a response today. I will believe it when I get a response. I should have looked at BBB before!!! Just venting at this point.

      Becareful doing business with them. I placed an order which they could not deliver in a timely fashion and canceled. I received a cancellation confirmation shortly after speaking to someone, they then turned around and shipped the item the same day I called and provided no updates to me. I was informed when trying to get my refund that I'd have to pay to reroute the item ($98) which I never asked them to ship in the first place. After going back and forth with them they agreed to waive the fee, it's now been three weeks. The item has yet to arrive at their warehouse and they will not return my money until they get the item back. They will hold you accountable for their mistakes and will not apologize and pretty much tell you to deal with it. I'm not surprised to see they are not accredited by the BBB. They are absolutely horrible. Do not do business with them, go to ******* or elsewhere where you will receive appropriate customer service.

      We are building a new home and I ordered many fixtures from Lumens. A chandelier that was ordered on 10/15/24 never showed up. They sent a replacement for it. A label was created but the chandelier was never sent. Every time I email or message customer service, I get one BS answer or another and never a solution. I asked for a refund, because I have had to purchase lighting elsewhere so that we could finish our home. They insisted I return the light... the one I haven't received TWICE. I paid $700+ for this chandelier. The last TWO times I've chatted or spoken with someone from the company, they assured me my refund would be processed. It's been weeks yet again and I haven't received a thing. I am so frustrated with this company. I want my money back.

      I purchased 2 lights for $5000 from Lumens. Although I was very clear in my instructions, including photos of the color sample I had chosen, Lumens ordered the wrong color. Lumens would not exchange the lights and instead, offered me a $150 coupon towards a future purchase! When I first spoke to ***************** I was told the wrong color is often ordered from Bovet, the lighting co. supplying my lights. Since this mistake has happened before, they should have taken extra precautions to avoid future mistakes. I offered to pay a restocking fee but this was refused, apparently because I had thrown away the cartons. I am very angry and disappointed with this company.

      Terrible business to deal with- I feel they lacked integrity and honesty. I purchased 3 items from them, one arrived in a damaged box and was a broken mirror. Within two hours of delivery I contacted the company and sent photos to customer service. That was July 12th, in the from **************** it said after receiving photos etc give them 3-5 business days to process the refund. As of August 28th no refund has been issued. After 3 phone calls I was able to have a representative send me an authorization to destroy the mirror- that was on August 8th. In that letter it stated give them 3-5 days to provide the credit. Following me on promising refund and not getting it? This was for an $1174.00 refund- yes for 1 product. Additionally I returned an item that I paid $774.40 for and was told on August 8th that the item I returned was received on July 30th and with in 24 hours I'd be credited $575.13, when I received the credit it was for $520.13. That was also not credited as stated, I finally received that credit on August 10th. I turned this over to my credit card company as a dispute of charges. Totally unacceptable business.

      I ordered 2 wall sconces. Each shipping package weighted less than 4 lbs. I was charged $109.00 return shipping for each package. Shipping plus insurance for 2 packages is not $218.00. The company is drop shipping, a middleman. They didn't ship the packages but they're taking a huge cut on the return. Everything they sell can be found on other sights or by the original company. Avoid them! They are a rip off!

      Last three orders have been completely botched. Lamp posts didnt fit lamps despite the website pairing the two together. Had to pay an electrician about $300.00 to modify the lamp posts to make them work as I waited two months to get the electrician. I told the customer service rep this issue in the context of the other issues mentioned below. Before I finished, she said let me guess, our website paired the two items together. This shows me my experience is not uncommon.A Flos lamp came in damaged. It happens, but Im now three weeks out and still no refund. Hopefully, it will show up. Most recently, I ordered an open box special Drip Lamp. They sent the wrong lamp. I still wanted the lamp I ordered, but they refused to accommodate unless I paid an additional $440.00. Stated they cant do anything about it and cant possibly give me a new lamp for what I paid for the open box. So, to get the refund I get to spend my time and fuel driving the wrong lamp to **** Complete and utter inconvenience. Why cant they schedule a *** pick up?? Probably more money for them. What a waste of my time and money. And further salt in the wound is they simply dont care about all the time and money I have into dealing with their s**** **** Ill never again shop Lumens.com and I will spread the word.

      Can I give zero stars? **************** was terrible. Their site refreshed during check out after having a tab open looking at products. I needed three light bulbs for the product I ended up choosing. All the former products added to cart must have refreshed, because they werent there at checkout. Well, I was charged for them all and they will not accept the returns on the bulbs. No if ands or buts, just an it is what it is attitude. I hate when companies dont stand by their platforms or products. First and last time shopping with them.

      They are horrible! While products may be nice, their accounting department sucks! We purchased almost 10k in pendants for a new house and paid in full via PayPal last June. Now in December we receive a collection notice for $418 from a collection agency! They say they sent notices, never received anything! Have receipt of payment and PayPal statement and they still say not their issue! we pride ourselves on great credit, this is an absolute horrible experience! We will post this everywhere so others know what kind of company they are!!!!

      I placed an order with Lumens in June of 2023. This was for a backordered item which would ship in 4-6 weeks. They emailed me in August saying the ship date was pushed to October. Once the item shipped, there were delivery issues. *** and Lumens never got it together, although I reached out multiple times and requested a pickup at a local *** facility and did not communicate with me throughout the process. Today, 11/30/23, I still have not received my order or my refund. I've reached out to Lumens at least 8 times, and have not received a refund or an appropriate response. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company, at this point it feels like a scam. Do not recommend. Lumens- give me my money back.
