    California Smart Home Pro was supposed to set up security service at our residence on May 18th. The company never showed up, did not call or provide any communication. I've called them twice to tell them I don't want their bad service and that I want my deposit back. The company has provided NO service and will not refund me my deposit.

    We have not refused to give the customer a refund, and have agreed to cancel order + refund any deposit the customer made. Our team has called customer on June 14th & June 15th to issue refund, but customer has not responded with date of original charge and amount of original charge.

    I have called California Smart Home Pro 5 times over the course of 3 weeks to request removal of a home ADT system. Each time the team to schedule home security system removals is "unavailable" according to reception and have been promised a call back within ***** hrs. I have yet to receive a call.

    We signed up for service via an ADT authorized dealer. They misled us to believe everything was included for $99., and then tried to upsell us for $1500 to get all appropriate sensors. We told the dealer we intended to cancel, and they said our 3 day cancelation period ended on the 26th (when we didn't install until that same day, versus the 29th as it should have been). We called ADT, and their office is conveniently closed. We have declared our intentions to cancel in many capacities, and we want a cancelation without penalty or refund due to poor sales practices.

    Manager and supervisor never call back or keep appointments that are even set by them. Employee never shows up for apt when set and wants to come on off hours or his own time. When a worker does come out they are rude or being flirtatious and taking about outside activities and things they take part in leaving me questioning the quality and safety of the work. The alarms never have recorded even though Ive had it go off 4 times . I can never reference the recordings bc the amount of times they have come here they never work . Manager gets involved and doesnt answer anything . Camera quality is horrible. There is no sound and the employees need to be trained to understand its not ok to hit on customers and talk about drugs and whatever else to sound cool do the job and go home. Im not looking for a friendship but a professional to do his job right. Managers name is ******* and employees name is Ray.
