  I purchased 4 white wall tires. The tires looked and rode great. After 5-6 months I went to my garage only to find the white wall tires had bubbled. I notified Cali Tires by email of my problem. Without question Cali mailed me 4 new tires and maid no mention of returning the old tires. They paid for shipping and did not even ask me to pay for it. I have owned several businesses and my moto has always been, "Problems aren't problems until they are not dealt with." **** didn't let me have a problem!!! Maybe they have had some issues in the past but it would appear to me they are evolving into a better and better company as they grow. I am located in ***** and have no affiliation to or know anyone associated with Cali Tires! Rock on Cali!

  I purchased four white wall tires for a customer's car that I was restoring. Shortly after mounting the tires, the whitewalls became discolored. I spoke with ***** at Calli Tire and he suggested I return the tires. As I did not feel I should be responsible for the shipping fees, he agreed to send shipping labels so I could return the tires. I expressed the dissatisfaction of my customer and the possibility of losing money for the restoration of this vehicle. I packaged up the tires and shipped them back to Calli Tire. A few weeks later, the tires were returned. When I mounted them, it appeared the whitewalls were cut out and glued over the discolored whitewalls. Additionally several bubbles are present on each tire where the whitewall was glued. I contacted ***** again and he refused to do anything further and tried to blame me due to the time frame from the initial purchase to now. As a result, I have a very dissatisfied customer and lost money due to the dissatisfaction. The appearance of these tires distract the beauty of the vehicle and now my customer must pay for new whitewalls from another company.I would deter anyone from purchasing tires from Calli Tire as they apparently do NOT manufacture their own tires and they do NOT provide customer satisfaction

  Customer originally order tires on 09/03/2019.  Our warranty is 1-year, but we paid for the return shipping on January 2023 for the tire to get re-done (we warranty the same tires).  The old material was removed and new material was put on and we shipped the customer back the tires are our expense again.  With the age of the tires, it is possible the curing process did not work correctly.  Customer didn't want to pay for a new set, even with a discount.  Yes, we don't manufacture tires, that is not what we do here.  We only add whitewalls to modern day, off the shelf radial tires.  We can only do so much, so I would say we provided excellent customer service.

  I bought 4 whitewall tires and they turned light brown in just a couple of months. Sure wish I had done more research about them before buying. When I contacted them they said they would fix them. They insisted on the tires be boxed to ship them to them. A big pain to box tires! When I contacted UPS about the cost difference they said there was no cost difference to send a box or an irregular shaped, (tires wrapped together) much easier way to ship. Calli insisted they be boxed or I would have pay for them to be shipped to them. They would not respond to my findings with UPS. I have decided to go to a reputable tire store to replace the Calli junk. Terrible customer service. To bad there is not a lower rating than 1 star.

  Customer purchased tires in March 2019.  It is now May 2023 and we were still willing to warranty our work.  We provided prepaid shipping labels to the customer, all he had to do is box the tires.  But the customer didn't want to follow our directions and thinks he know better that us on costs and how UPS billing works.  We are paying for the shipping to get them back and to ship them back to him.  All we asked was to box the tires, 2 tire per box.  You can go to U-Haul, Home Depot any shipping supply store (UPS Store) to get boxes.  We told him they would need to be boxed before we ever issued the return labels.  We provided great customer service.  Can please everyone.
