2/20/2023 purchased F150 from Abe's Motorsports and they added a warranty to the loan without my knowledge. Questioned the high loan amount and they told us about the warranty and we were OKAY with it. March 20,2023 check engine light came on and the entire engine was shaking. Took it to a mechanic and it was low on oil and completely gummed up and the 2 journals were completely worn out and there was metal in the cover. Called the warranty company and they had to send their inspector. Inspector agreed with mechanic it needs a new engine and wrote that up and signed it and had the mechanic sign it. **************** refuses to give me a copy of their inspectors report and said I need to pay to have the engine torn down to the oil pan. I paid and the mechanic sent pictures of metal all through the engine, in the pan and everywhere else. **************** doesn't respond and called the mechanic (still hasn't called me) and said they need pictures of the odometer and VIN. Their inspector took those pictures March 31,2023. **************** still hasn't approved the engine replacement and Monday will be 3 weeks that I've had no vehicle. Mechanic found several other problems with the vehicle which we will address later. Put $10,000 down, paying a car payment and insurance of $350 a month and I have no car.

as soon as i drove off their lot the *** and Traction control lights came on. I went back and the lead mechanic was very rude so i just left angry because they did not care and did not want to do anything. It is obvious that it was a per existence condition. That someone just cleared the computer to sell it.

In June I purchased a 2006 **** F250 from Abe's Motorsports in **********. The car appeared to have a good carfax and looked to be in good working order. The truck came with retractable running boards that were stuck in the down position. When asked the sales person replied that it was simply a bad fuse and they would replace it on the spot. After finishing the purchase of the vehicle the running boards were still inoperable. The fuse was intact and in working order it was rather the running boards themselves that were faulty. A fact the dealer neglected to mention. Halfway into my drive home the truck began wandering to the left and right. The steering wheel was extremely loose and the truck became dangerous to drive. The following morning I took the truck to a local mechanic who informed me of the lengthy amount of repair needed to make the vehicle safe to drive. Upon taking the vehicle to a 2nd mechanic I was informed of several very serious issues with the truck most notably the turbo was missing the bolts that secured it to the vehicle. That combined with the broken steering box could have caused a serious accident. I've made several attempts to work with this dealership and they've made zero effort to remedy the situation. A situation they created by neglecting to repair major items that any mechanic would have noticed and recommended be repaired.
