Very upfront, honest, and even open to pre-purchase inspections. They dont finance but we financed with our bank. Unfortunately when it came down to our pre-approved blank check they refused to call the bank. They had us call when it was clearly stated on the directions of our pre approval package that the dealer had to call to provide a dealer ID and information confirming the car we were hoping to purchase. We had the bank on speaker and while they tried working with the supposed car dealer he just refused to provide any information and then had the nerve to say the bank didnt know what they were talking about. We went elsewhere with our check.

Sorry to hear you dont have a good experience here, I tried my best to keep you happy, but you are angry because we couldnt hold the car for you for a week, for nothing.
The true story is that I said we havent worked with this particular bank you came with and not familiar with their process.
Yes I said the banker doesnt know what he is talking about, however it was about title, he was saying the bank will release the check after they receive the title having them as lien holder on the title, that is when said he dosent know what he is talking about because a title transfer could *********** weeks or more and no one will wait that long for a check to be released.
