My daughter is in her first term of LVN, Unfortunately, the instructor has decided that there is a group in his class that he does not want to teach any longer because they ask questions and want more clarification at times. These students have talked with other instructors who have told them that there is nothing they can do but take it. They now have to study on their own and "hope" that this he signs off on them at the end. He literally does not talk to them, even in lecture, if they ask questions, he continues talking as if he did not here a word. The whole purpose of going to school is to learn the profession. Everyone learns differently, he is required to assess that and hopefully get as many to graduate as possible. Looks like they are trying to get rid of as many as possible. I don't understand. My daughter needs this, coming out of a TBI in 2016 and building herself back to where she is now, she is working hard. I wish the school stood behind their advertisement of being supportive of their students.
