    Apple CarPlay installation for a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover HSE L322 - $1,000.00 cash was tendered to *** Money, ("Business Owner") as an upfront deposit for parts toward the completion of the installation of an AppleCarplay retrofit using the existing GPS navigation screen on June 29th, 2021 (2020 as stated was an error).- Business Owner informed me that the parts would be ordered and shipped within a week and that he would call me once they arrived and he was able to install the parts.- Two weeks went by with no call from the business owner. I called in instead, business owner advises that the parts for this particular car model were not yet available from his supplier because it is a less common car model.- I ask for a refund and the business owner advised me to wait longer as he expected the parts would arrive within the next month.- Months go by without a call from the business owner, so I come into the shop and the business owner convinces me to keep waiting. This repetitive cycle continues for over a period of a year.- Last August 2022, I decided to search for the parts myself and located them from a vender in ******.- I informed the business owner and he agrees to order the parts from this vendor and provide me with a confirmation of the order invoice and parts receipt with shipping information.- I ask the business owner to provide me with the order confirmation for the parts as three months had passed without any notice. The business owner promised to send me the verification but never did, and has not to this day.- January *************************************************** that my parts are on order.- In March 2023, after inquiring, he informs me that my parts had arrived, but made excuses ranging from sick staff to being too busy for reasons why he could not install the parts. - In April 2023 I demanded a refund. The business owner informed he would first have to return the parts before refunding me, all without a definitive timeline.
