      The customer service is absolutely atrocious.! There is none.! They dont care about their customers. I received a black 50% off coupon card in the mail for new customers. I signed up and the code would not work. I had $100 worth of product in my cart. They dont have a phone number, conveniently enough for them, so I emailed them and I sent a text because those were my only two options. No one responded by text and it took time for them to get back to me from email and they finally did and the customer service representative named ***** was so rude. I explain to him what was going on and he refused to help me and said that he will give me a 25% off one instead. I said thats not OK because for new time customers like myself I have this code for 50% off but its not working. And he didnt care and he gave me a 25% off one instead. Its an awful company!!! I even took a picture and provided him with the actual card that I got with the codes, but he did not care to honor it! Awful company!!!

      My son purchased underwear from them 2 weeks ago (May 29th, 2024). He was charged at the time of purchase; however, they never sent the items. I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue, just to find out that they do not have a phone number, and my only way was through text or email. I've sent numerous text that got no responses. I also called DHL (the carrier that supposed to deliver the package) to confirm that the package was never sent. Since there is no other revenue, I decided to go through BBB and probably consumer affair in attempt to get a response from them.

      The customer service was beyond disappointing. I highly recommend reading the fine print before purchasing those $100 gift cards for $60, as they are not redeemable for sale items. It's ridiculous that you can't even purchase during a sale. And as for the exchange, the lack of response is unacceptable.       Ordered underwear for my house..I have been buying for a few years have yet to recieve a complete correct order. I also did the April fool order and received an incomplete order and multiple duplicates how do u just grab 5 large of same paid don't even bother mixing it up a little? Every size I ordered is duplicated order over 20 items you think they would take better care their customers but it's always shi++$ service and I thought by 2024 they be better and have solved all these issues but no

      My teenager is inlove with the underwear. Unfortunatly as a single mom, I cant' just go buy him several pairs at a time. Then the April ***** sale happened (looks like I was fooled), he begged for some underwear lol. So we went with the mystery ones, sounded fun! It was fun waiting, because once we recieved it was the same 5 pairs. WHY IN THE ***** would an order picker pick the same 5 pairs for the same order? I would have paid the extra momey for specific ones. I have texted and did get a response wanting pictures, those were sent and have tried for 2 days to get another response back, nothing. I do not trust to send them back and get a refund, due to prior complaints. Also saw the complaints about people who got mulitple ones as well, if only I would have read the reviews sooner, but never had a reason to. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from this company anymore. Not only becaue 5x the product, that aren't going to be wasted, but the customer service is AWFUL.

      I ordered 6 items on Dec. 8th. They were the wrong size. I returned them via *** and they were received by Ethika on 1/10. Still no refund! No one to talk to in customer service or respond to emails. My eight-year relationship with Ethika is done at this point. Great product, but there is no customer service.

      False advertising. Saying these bras are high support is like saying a coffee filter is high support. Do not buy.

      I ordered from Ethika in the beginning of December to get an item crossed off my son's Christmas list. I got an email about a week later stating my order has shipped and it was scheduled to be at my house around December 15. They even sent tracking info. Problem is, after I got the tracking info, it never moved. I kept holding out hope that it would get there maybe even a couple days before Christmas. It did not. So late Christmas night I shot an email to Ethika customer service. They finally responded approximately 3 days later on December 28. They did explain my options, and I chose to have them ship out the exact same order. Finally got a follow-up response late in the day on January 4. They now tell me half the items I ordered are out of stock. I have now decided to cancel my order due to their exceedingly poor customer service. They MAY have a great product, but my family will never know. I have also opened up a case against them with PayPal. TLDR Save yourself a headache. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you're lucky you'll get a response in about a week.

      I have purchased so many items from Ethika that I can count. They items are sold in pairs/sets. They will wait until the last minute after the package has so called shipped and email you about out of stock items. If I bought a set, why would you send me only half of it. They do not respond to emails @supportEthika nor do they have a direct customer service line. They a number to text 949***8005 and do not respond to that either. I have sent numerous emails and text about this order. I am waiting for a refund now for out of stock items. These independent minority businesses are not it. I will never patronize this business ever again. It is disappointing that customer service is at all time low. The worst!!
