We ordered products from Ethika back when they had a Black Friday sale, it has now been two months with no word on when we will receive our order. Ethika does not have a customer service phone number, so the only forms of communication with the company are email and chat which are rarely replied too. When I do hear from the company, there is no resolution or timeframe on when we will receive our order. Weve been going in circles with ethika for 2 months now and are not expecting a resolution unless we do something drastic, which is why we are filing this complaint. All we want is to receive the items we ordered 2 months ago.Business Response

Hello,I placed an order on October 24, 2024 and received my item in a timely manner totally fine. It wasnt until I needed to exchange the item for a different size that I started having issues. I paid to have my item sent back per the instructions for exchanges on their website. I sent a chat and a text on 12/18/24 per their instructions on their FAQ exchange page and never received any information since then. So I then sent an email to their support email on 12/26/24 with my tracking number, order number, and explaining what I was trying to exchange. I waited ample time since I knew it was around the holidays but didnt hear anything other than their automated message saying response times will take a bit longer due to holidays. I then got an email from a ******, a customer support manager, on the same day letting me know it would be processed as quickly as possible and that he would note my order. By the 29th my ticket or email case was closed and I was sent a survey asking me how I would rate their support. I then emailed again on 1/6 since my package was shown as delivered to them. I then got the auto response email saying their response could take a few days. I got a random text a few days later indicating they were processing my exchange and since then I havent heard anything from anyone. I have sent 2 more emails, one on 1/9/25 and another this morning asking for a tracking number. I would just like the product I paid $100 for and also paid to exchange the item. I am now out $115 and have no product. They basically committed theft and fraud and if I dont get a response, I will be doing a fraud claim with my bank for the product and potentially for the shipping label. I shouldnt have to take a loss on any money considering this is all their fault and severely unprofessional. An exchange should not take a month and I shouldnt be experiencing such horrible customer service.. See images for my original order and my return package tracking.Business Response

I sent a product back to ethika back in December. package was confirmed delivered to their door on dec 26. I have reached out numerous times to get status of my refund and no one will respond. They have taken the product back along with keeping my money.Business Response

Purchased underwear (2) as Christmas gift on 12/04/2024. Underwear was too small by recipient upon opening of gift on Christmas Day. On January 3, 2025, after reviewing Ethika's exchange policy, items (2) mailed back to Ethika at my expense along with attached letter requesting exchange of size.I then contacted Ethika via Chat on its website as instructed. No response. I then sent attached text message on January 13, 2025. No response. Sent another text message. No response. There is no phone number on Seller's website to contact a LIVE PERSON. A ****** dispute of this transaction was denied January 20, 2025 stating the items were ordered over 30 days ago.Business Response

I ordered $97.00 and some change worth of ethika underwear and jacket, slides etc on November *******. I have yet to receive my package. There is no phone contact. I received a ring I never ordered. I want my money back!Business Response

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but based on the information you provided, it looks like this order was not placed on **************************. Unfortunately, if you did not purchase from ************************** or one of our authorized retailers (Tilly's, Foot Locker, Zumies, etc) then I can safely say that the site has no affiliation with Ethika, *** and is not an authorized seller of our products.
The order number that you provided is from a fraudulent site that we are working to shut down.
Since I do not know whether you will receive any items at all, the best thing I can advise you to do is to contact your bank and dispute that charge immediately. They should be able to assist you from there to make sure your account is secured.

My boyfriend purchased two bras on their website for me. Following their size chart, they come in the mail and do not fit. I follow their return process and go to contact customer service to give my shipping info for the return. No one has replied to either text or live chat as well as email. Extremely frustrated with the amount of time this has consumed and money at this point. Ive been trying to contact them since 1/9 and no one has reached out to help or confirm they have gotten my info or order. I want a full refund and them to pay the shipping. I placed an order with ETHIKA on 11/29/24 for 6 pairs of underwear. I received those 6 pairs of underwear on 12/3/24. However, I needed to exchange all 6 pairs to a size medium. I proceeded to follow the exchange instructions on the website and come to find outETHIKA doesnt provide return shipping labels. I had to pay an additional $14 to send them back to ETHIKA for the exchange. The worst part isI have gotten nowhere since I sent those back. **** tracking says Ethika received my exchange package a week ago. The customer service is a joke and I cant get in contact with a real person! Not only am I out the money I spent on the underwear, I am also out another $14 for the return shipping. This is ridiculous! All I want is what I paid for6 pairs of ETHIKA in a size Medium. Come on ETHIKA my man is free ballin over here waiting on these underwearPLEASE HELP!Business Response

BBB C/o Ethika,My name is ****** ***** and my order number is 676B-4DD6-890CD. My email is ******************* My address is **************************************************. I placed an order on 12/24 and I reached out to support on 01/01/2025 and 12/30/2024. I emailed several times with no response as well in regards to my missing package. I paid for express shipping and I never received my order nor did I receive a email confirmation of my order being sent. Support emailed me with instructions to open a case with ***** and email support back once I do and I did and it has been more than week with no response. I asked for a gift card instead of a refund back to my original payment method nor a re-shipment. Please keep in mind the package did not have a signature nor did it have any clear picture of where it was delivered. This is terrible customer service!!! I just wanted store credit and no one reached out to me in regards to my missing package. Someone in corporate or management needs to look into this matter because my package is missing and no one is responding to my emails. 11/28/24 order date to Ethika Received order and the contents were nothing I ordered. Incorrect sizing and styles. I called and spoke with a customer service *** and asked that a manager call me because the *** was rude and unhelpful. I had no phone call returned. I emailed customer service just to play email tag. ******** times take more than 3 days and I havent heard back. I just want the items I paid for and not have to pay for Ethikas mistake.
