      I was rear ended by an anchor general client. I have been calling for the past 2 months to try and speak to the adjuster. Claim #********, the adjuster ** ******. No response, I havent heard anything from anchor general. I was provided the supervisor number and still no response. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

      Im starting to get frustrated. My vehicle was deemed a total loss and I was told my case was going to be assigned to a total loss adjuster to expect a call back in one day. 4days have passed by and I can't even get a hold of anyone anymore. I'm car less and have a car payment coming up which I no longer have the car! I tried to purchase another vehicle but was told I don't qualify because of another auto loan I have open.

      Im leaving this review to warn others about the poor service I experienced with Anchor General Insurance. My claim number is **********. I was recently in an accident where another driver hit my car, and as it was my first time in this situation, I reached out to Anchor General for guidance. To my surprise, absolutely no one from the company was able to assist ***** adjuster, ******** *********, did not respond for over three weeks. It wasn't until I had to threaten legal action that she finally got in touch, and even then, she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her supervisor, **** *****, was just as dismissive.I genuinely dont understand how Anchor General Insurance is still in business with such ******* customer service. I was so frustrated that I immediately canceled my policy. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere for insurance, as my experience was nothing short of awful. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that values its customers.

      After reviewing your file, we see that your policy provides third-party coverage only and does not include first-party coverage. As such, the examiner determined that liability lies with the driver of the 2017 ****** Prius. In order to pursue damage repairs for your vehicle, you will need to pursue a claim with Farmers Insurance, as your policy does not cover first-party claims and there are no subrogation rights available.

      The worst company you can think of is anchor general. Its been **************************************************************** to refund the money all i get is the check number and amount on the check and the check god knows where the check is. *****

      Im ******** insured by (****). Thier policy ****** ******* (Anchor General Insurance ) had a minor collision with my car on 8/29/24. He didn't provide any of his insurance at the time. I made police report as a result. I reported the incident to my insurance (USAA) which they had to spend some time tracking them that resulted in subrogation. My insurance determined liability before my car could be fixed which resulted ******* (Anchor General Insurance) was at fault /liable!I sustained a minor injury that resulted in a headache and whiplash in which I went to the hospital for 8/30/24 and getting the treatment that the doctor prescribed. Yesterday 9/23/24, I called my insurance to get a follow up on the status of tracking down ******* the liable party insurance information. They were able to find Anchor General Insurance. I called them about their policy ****** *******. He never reported it and Anchor General Insurance hasn't responded to my insurance company nor me. Almost a Month later, I had to file a [Claim # ********] with them yesterday and sent them the required information. I haven't gotten a phone call nor a response back to the email that I was told to send over all of the info.I decide to look into Anchor General Insurance after the initial reporting phone call yesterday 9/23/24. To my surprise there's nothing positive about this Insurance company. Looks like this Insurance company is not operating in Good Faith with its practices. I want to get this claim settled asap and get this headache behind me. I know the value of this claim so don't try to low ball me because the next step is Legal. Anchor General Insurance, here is your opportunity to make this right by Action and doing it swiftly. You can change the narrative here.. its up to you. I expect to here from you asap!

      Case Number #******** On August 14th 2024 my wife was involved in an accident with one of there clients and the insurance accepted full responsibility on accident. I took my vehicle for repairs on a shop of my liking and insurance had agreement with body shop on any extra costs on repairs, my vehicle has bin Done for over a week and insurance company has not processed the payment on the new cost of repairs that have came out more than what has bin expected originally. Shop is holding my vehicle due to no payment approval from insurance and I am left out with no vehicle. Insurance in not doing anything to help out in situation and blames different departments in company. When calling the insurance company it goes to voice mails every time with no response no emails no calls or texts back from insurance company. I will seek for a Lawyer regarding this company that takes advantage on the less fortunate since I need this vehicle to move all my family around and go too work.

      I am writing to formally let you know how I'm feeling about my recent claim with Anchor General Insurance. The incident in question happened in ******, Tx when a driver insured by your company tried to pass me illegally in a single lane, and it resulted in minor damage to my vehicle.After spending a significant amount of time providing pictures and speaking with an agent to relay my story, it took 29 days for my case to be escalated to an adjuster. I was assigned ***************************** as my adjuster, to whom I left 3 to 4 voicemails without any response. On day 43, I received a voicemail informing me that my claim was denied, stating it was a "word vs word" situation and that I was allegedly in the wrong lane and at fault.This decision was made despite the clear evidence I provided, including pictures showing that the road I was on did not have multiple lanes. It is evident that minimal to no research was conducted by the adjuster, and the decision to deny my claim was made without a thorough review of the evidence. State Farm denied my liability and stated it was evident their driver was a fault. This lack of due diligence suggests an attempt to avoid liability for the actions of a driver who may not be familiar with our road system.I would advise having a legal involved if you are in an incentedent with a driver under thier policy. Its very evident they will avoid accountability and hault all communication.

      I was hit by one of their clients, contacted his insurance (anchor general) to make a claim about my car. I was told an adjuster was gonna be in contact with me that same week but guess what? 0 calls 0 mssgs or mails. Tried to call the adjuster many times and there's no answer to my phone calls or emails. Their client hit the back of my car pushing my car into a trailer.
