    They keep referring there angry customers to a mom and pop Car Dealership in a Rural town in ********. Now these angry customers are leaving bad Review on this dealership that has no affiliation with Morris 4x4 center.

    I placed an order May 28th and received only one piece of my order. I spent $343 and only received the fuel tank straps that were $48. Where's the rest of my order?I did reach out to the customer service folks over email and they responded with a revised shipping date of June 28th but the other parts were never received.How do I get my money back? I've seen some reviews saying they reported fraud to their bank.

    Ordered side steps for my jeep, $200. Never got the order, now they don't answer the phone or emails. They stole my money, and many other people's as well. SCAM.

    Morris has the worst communications of anyone I have dealt with. Not a single person to consistently handle a return issue. Past around to several persons who were to get back to me with an answer. Still waiting. Facts. I ordered a tow wiring harness for a jeep wrangler. It took for ever to get here. It was more installation than I could handle so a installation shop was contacted. They attempted to install and determined it was not a match to mate up with the plug fittings. This was verified by the installer and the dealership. Morris was contacted for replacement or return. They indicated that the 30 day return was in effect. I explained the fact that this item had to go into a shop for installation and it was done as soon as possible. The product was new, still in original packing and not installed. Morris' return policy has latitude for returns. So far they have refused return. Suggest ALL your 4 ******* check out Quadatrack. Unfortunately for me, the price for the same wiring harness at Quadatrack was $40 cheaper for the identical part. Guess who is getting my future business. Sorry can't rate less than 1.

    I ordered a brake hose for a Jeep. The took the money from my account and indicated a shipping date 3 weeks out. Just before the date it was supposed to be shipped it was delayed further. I was going away so the new date did not work for me. I called and ended up texting with someone that checked on the order. I indicated that I needed to cancel it and he did. He indicated that money would be credited in **** days....its been 3 weeks..;called and all I get in the email address for customer service.....sent and email and it says no deliveralble. Ridiculous way to run a business if it actually is one. I am going to report this as fraud to by credit card company and let them deal with it and see what other recourse I have.

    READ THE REVIEWS!! I sure wish I would have Before placing an order for a Bestop Trektop for my 2018 Rubicon Unlimited. First offYes we have it in stock ( In the ******* warehouse) BAM!First Red Flag I should have noticed but didnt as the sales guy was so confident he could get the top to me Before the 4th of July weekend this was June 26th And not only that but he could give me the best price with 5% off. So I placed the orderIMMEDIATELY my card was charged the $1001.64 sale price. THEN THE NEXT DAY comes the **MailWe cant get it as the warehouse in ******* is out of stock!WHAT? You just told me the day before upon placing the order there were 9 pieces in stock ready to ship! This is the classic Morris 4x4 sales practiceCollect the CashThen send the **Mail delay the sale for as many days as possible. Then say ( We issued you a refund) You should see it in 3-4 days. BUT in reality NO REFUND has been issued at all!! SO I call my CC Company and report FRAUD! Now its there Duty to Collect back the funds stolen by Morris 4x4. TIK TOCK MO FOS Youre not keeping my money!! NEVER AGAIN!!

    Used Morris for some years without problems. It seems though sadly the company has taken a new direction which is very unhelpful to its customer base. So here's the skinny on this. Placed an order on 5/24/23 in the amount of $946.72 for LOD rock sliders. Website said these were in stock. First strike is that is not the case. they are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Received the first email stating it would ship out by 6/12. Followed up mid join on phone and was told an internal issue with morris would "clear up in 2 weeks." I've since received 2 additional emails pushing ship dates to 7/5 . That date has come and gone with no new notification or status. Of course a simple phone call for clarification to Morris would have cleared this right? well it appears they no longer have anyone available to answer the phones as their auto message directs you to email only. No one responds to email requests or social media messages. 3rd part which brought me here is I logged into paypal to open a dispute but ****** says I cant do that because i used the pay in 4 option. So it looks like i gave Morris $946.72 for no reason. Oh and I contact LOD the company that manufactures this part. Informed that morris hasn't paid them yet to ship the part. I guess I'll report this to local pd as a theft?
