The parts were ordered on 02/20/23 and the payment was made on my credit card on 02/21/23 and the parts were to be received by 04/09/23 then received another email saying they would be delivered by 07/04/23 but never was and after calls and inquiries have found out they sold the company and now the company they sold to has sold also and all are out of business. On February 11, 2023 I ordered 5 black rock rims (order number ********). I received notice they would be shipped on 2/17/23. I then received an email on 2/13/23 stating there was a revised shipping date of 3/13/23. Then on 3/14/23 I received an email stating a new revised shipping date of 6/7/23. Then on 6/13/23 I received a new revised shipping date of 8/22/23. On 8/25/23 I emailed Morris to get an update and I have not been able to reach them. I have all the emails to support my claim. I was informed that AutoAnything is the parent company and they have not responded to me either.Initial Complaint

4/15/2023 I purchased a set of two halfdoors for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, to include the upperhalfs of the doors. I paid $ ******** and received a receipt, and continuous emails giving expected delivery dates, it was constantly pushed out due to "supply Chain issues". Now we have not heard from them and are unable to reach them by any means. We have found online chat regarding this company not fulfilling orders. made an order for Wheels order # ********* over $1200.00 when the order did not arrive on time, they told us they were back ordered and gave us another date . they did not arrive on that date. I had purchased a Axle using Afirm for financing. I had placed an order for 2 items with Morris 4x4 on June 9, 2023 (ORDER #********). I received a confirmation email and my credit card was immediately charged. Three days later on June 12th I received an email from Morris that 1 item was cancelled and they'd credit back the charge 3-5 days later and they did in fact credit a portion of the order back to my card. On June 30th I received another email from Morris that the 2nd item in the order was cancelled and I'd be credited back the balance of $46.75 within 3-5 days. Please note that even though Morris email says it was cancelled and "sorry it wasn't what I was looking for" I had never been the one cancelling the orders. Morris is the one that cancelled the order, and I could only assume it's because it's not in stock since I can't get ahold of anyone at the company. It has now been 15 business days. I have tried to call and cannot reach anyone at Morris. I get forwarded to a voicemail after 20 minutes on hold and leave messages as directed. Nobody returns my calls. The recorded greeting also an email address to resolve this type of issue. I've sent emails to the customer service ********************** and also the company main email and every time I receive an email back stating that email cannot be delivered. I've double checked, and the email address is correct and matches the one given on the phone greeting with Morris 4x4. I just want my money back. I will never order from Morris again and this has happened to me a few times now. I've placed orders over the phone with an actual sales rep, they take my order and charge my card right away. Every time my order is cancelled by Morris and I have to fight to get my money back most of the time.
