    Placed order on 8/26/22 for the Welcome Package which include: notepad, mug, pin, canvas bag, and certificate (which was the most important thing) for $29.99. Order # *****, Customer ID# ***** On/or about 9/6 I received a small box, but I never received my certificate. I emailed every possible number I could find on the website. On 9/10 received this email":"**************************************** Your message is being routed to the right staff member. You will be contacted shortly"To date I have not received any further correspondence.

    ************** placed an order and paid $29.99 for a Sisterlocks Welcome Kit on Friday, 8/26/22.  ****************** order was shipped from the Sisterlocks' warehouse on Monday 8/29/22 and delivered to her address

    on Wednesday, 8/31/22.

    ************** also requested a Sisterlocks Birthday certificate.  The certificate is FREE and memorializes when customers' locks are installed.  Sisterlocks receives a large quantity of these requests for certificates and they are processed in the order received.  Since the certificates have to be customized for each customer they are shipped separately from any products ordered.  A Representative from Sisterlocks has spoken with ***************  Her certificate has been completed and she will be receiving it soon.

    I originally ordered certificate over 1 month ago and NEVER RECEIVED which initiated this complaint.  Then approx wks ago received 2 wks ago received call and supposedly my certificate is takes a long time, but they submitted another request and now they are saying I should receive it soon.  If that is the case where is the one from 1.5 months ago?  So until I receive a certificate in hand I do not honor this resolution.

    I took the Sisterlocks class in ******** on August *****nd. I completed the online modules and the in person session of my class but the Sisterlocks business has not followed through with their promise to include me in their trainee registrar. I have tried multiple times to contact them through email and phone and I only receive an automated response back. I am deeply concerned with this level of service as I have been attempting to contact them for 5 months.
