    Sold my car to Carvio in 2022. Found out a few months ago, dmv is charging me daily because i did not turn in the plates and the tax collectors office has been sending me a tax bill. i told them i sold the car, I need a bill of sale, contract or proof that I sold me car to Carvio. Talked to a gentleman last week, he promised to Email me the document, never got it, and my phone calls and texts are being ignored.

    I made a deal with the business to sell my car and pick up my car and I would wait for weeks at a time to hear anything back to them. I finally got to the point where I could send them the titles so that we can do payment and everything else after that once I sent them the Title they didnt say anything. They did not confirm anything with me. The agent that was supposed to help me had been gone every time I would called they would never pick up. Nobody would answer the phone. I cannot get in touch with anybody via email. Text anything once I finally got the agent after their vacation. I then was told hey wait I will check on things for you only for my title to be returned to me and then blocking my number .

    A contract was provided and signed that stated CarVio would be paying me $3,940 for my 2014 **** Escape, I chose ACH as the form of payment as the contract stated it would be a quicker turn around time for the payment to be received- up to 48hrs. ***************************** then provided us with a 2-day ***** Express shipping label to mail my car title. I mailed the title and per the ***** tracking it was delivered to their address on 06/05/2024. It is now 6/17 and we have not yet received a payment, we have been told we were going to receive payment soon by both ******* and ***** but when we've attempted to contact them to get a follow up, we have been hung up on and ignored. We are wanting this issue to be resolved as it has been such a bad experience, I need my payment that was on the contract that was signed.

    I entered into an agreement to sell them my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. They had me send in photos and a video. All was good they sent me an offer and I accepted. They said that if I sent in my title they would deposit the money into my account in a couple of days. It has been two weeks and they will not even respond to me. I have left multiple messages and no one will call back. I want my money or my title back.

    Car Vio made me an offer, I sent all pictures and videos, they requested title for the car and that i sign Power of Attorney to complete the title over to them which i did. They sent fed ex slip and title was sent 5/30/24 and they confirmed receipt 5/31. They stated they would transfer money to checking account in 48 hrs. Nothing by 6/5 they requested delay due to holiday but stated it was approved for processing. 6/7 they called and texted and assured me it was in for processing and should receive money asap. 6/10 no response to text 6/12 they said they were escalating to management team but no response as to when i could expect follow up. Today is 6/14 no response again

    I am from *********** ********** I sold my car to Carvio for 1300 I was told to send my title to ***** and once they had it they will send me my $.. will it's been 3days and I haven't received anything yet. And there no way to talk to anybody everything done by a operator. And there location is in *********

    This my second time file a claim I thought my problem was fix but it's not carvio did call and told me to delete my review off there page and I would get paid on monday and it's Thursday nothing so is there a number were I file a small claim and when I call Carvio they have me blocked my call can't no longer go threw . And they change my title under there ********* name but I have resvied my hole payment yet.

    I am very skeptical of this company and believe it is a scam. I found the website via an ****** search for sell my car. I contacted the company on March 11th. Followed all instructions and submitted the information to the company on March 13th. The company sent communication via text and email only ( which I originally thought was quick and convenient). I signed the seller agreement on March 13th and have not heard from them since. The agreed upon amount was $1000. I was originally told pickup of vehicle and title would be in two days with payment upon pickup. I have not heard from anyone from the company or a towing company/car pickup service since I signed the agreement to sell. Luckily I still have the title and haven't signed it over. I checked the BBB website today March 17th and realize this is a pattern. The responses always place claim on the third party whom the Carvio business finds the highest rate with. This is bad business at the least and scams at the worst. Many complaints mention bounced checks, lacks of communication and sellers agreement changes after agreement has been signed. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. I hope the BBB reevaluates the companies legitimacy.

    I appreciate the response the my bbb complaint. However, the stipulation about the partner canceling the purchase at anytime should have been mentioned multiple times. I lost out on a buyer because of the time I waited for the better deal from carvio to come through. Also, there really needs to be a live person that kind provide this information immediately when someone calls for a status update. Whenever I call I get a text message reply again not a human and its always the same reply.

    Carvio offered to buy my car for $7000, I sent them the title to my car with promise I would receive the check within 2 days. I got the check and when I cashed it, it bounced. They promised to resolve it and give me a call back from their manager which never happened.

    Funds deposited into an individual account are subject to the rules and regulations from our customer's bank. The vast majority of our customers do not have any issues with collecting the funds.     The funds were never received. This check that Carvio sent bounced and the money was taken from my account. I got a call from the manager that told me that this mistake was made by him. He offered to work with me and make this right but it was a holiday weekend and they couldnt send a new check out right away. He told me that I could contact him Monday. I reached back out to him with the phone number provided by him and I never received a message back from him. I dont believe they had any intention of completing payment.

    I sold a car to CarVio back in **** 2023 and the process was easy and quick. Had an unfortunate repair bill for another car that was too much for us to pay so I started the process to sell this other car, a 2017 ****** Outback, to CarVio. Final offer from them was made on 12/12/23 and the customer rep said he would help me finalize the process of selling. He assured me everything would be complete (payment received, car picked up) prior to the end of 2023. I followed all instructions from everyone and ******* my title to them. ***** confirms my title was received by CarVio on 12/26/23. I have been sending multiple emails and leaving multiple phone and text messages (because no one ever actually answers the phone) and I have only received ONE response from them since before Christmas. On 12/30/23 I received an email saying that things were backed up due to the holidays/illness and that I would received payment to my account on 1/2/24, and I would also receive a bank confirmation email for that payment. I have been emailing and calling every day since but no one is replying. Today is 1/5/24 and I have still NOT received payment for the agreed-upon amount. No one answers the phone. No one replies to email. I just had an email returned as undeliverable for the initial sales rep that I dealt with. I am very frustrated because the process in **** was so easy. I just want to finalize the contract that was put in place. They have my title. I want payment for my car. When I was assured everything would be finalized PRIOR to the end of 2023, that was crucial because my county does not prorate personal property taxes. Because they did not take care of it like they said they would, I will now have to pay personal property tax (around $360) on this car in December *************************** my name. I am very frustrated and angry at this process and it didn't occur to me that it might be a scam because I have sold to them before and it went smoothly.

    Around Dec 5th, 2023, I contacted CarVio to sell my car. They were quick to get an offer to me which I accepted. After accepting the offer they asked for pictures of the vehicle and then to send my title to them. I obliged to both and waited for a response. On December 12th, they requested a video of the car running. After discussing with them, knowing my car was many hours away from me stuck at an auto shop, they told me they would have the auto shop send them the video and schedule the pickup. After many attempts to stay in contact with the business since DEC 12th, They have ignored my calls and texts. The auto shop no longer wants to hold the car so I am forced to buy a duplicate title and sell the car to another buyer. I am looking for the $67 to be reimbursed to me from the company for stealing my Cars title. Other complaints with the business include, texting me from 3-4 different numbers all of which have random automated messages send you texts to complete steps of the process that were completed. All of which makes the process troubling. Pictures of receipt of the title sent, text messages, etc. can be provided(upload limit is 5MB on this form and cannot upload all photos
