    If i have a chance ill give it 0 stars. We had a resent trip to ***** and book the car from carwiz is part of the package from priceline. When we show up at the office the front desk lady not allow us to use our insurance even we show her the declaration ***** and also not allowed us to buy they car insurance because we are not an international traveler. Never hear anything like this from any car rental companies but anyway we was stuck there for two hour trying to find the car from another rental company.If you have a chance do not rent from Carwiz they are 100% Scam.

    Please avoid this garbage company. Like all the other reviews this is a poorly run company that just wants your money. They charge a $500 deposit that was never returned after 30 days even after they sent an email saying they have refunded the money. We rented a 2024 **** fusion, and they guy at the counter said he upgraded us for free and gave us a 2021 Rav 4 with navigation not even working. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. We paid extra to not pay tolls in ************* but still got text messages from ***** saying we had tolls to pay, or license would be suspended. Carwix/Colusa is trash!

    car wiz should not be in business with the scamming they are doing i got a car thru priceline i paid up front on 3/10/2025 thru 3/15/2025 i told them i had full coverage car insurance and car rental insurance the refused for me to use it and was forced to pay for their car insurance after looking into the contract they used my personal insurance to cover for the car and charged me for theirs on top of that they charged me for a toll on a day that i was no longer in ******* they don't have a phone to communicate only thru wassup

    Scam, read other reviews. Please don't waste your hard earned money. All the other reviews were spot on about this company. I have not read them before renting. They have not fulfilled the rental saying I was 45 minutes late. The phone number they gave was not in service and shuttle came after 30 minutes.

    Me hubiera gustado leer estas reseas antes de rentar con carwiz, son una estafa te *** un precio barato pero cuando llegas al **cal te cobran muchsimo ms * te ponen cargos extras te cobran 25 dlares por cada toll ms ** que vale el peaje * no so** eso el**s nunca devuelven el depsito .No entiendo como este lugar sigue operando con dinero robado

    i went to carwiz in *********** to rent a car in March of this year and when I got there the price, they gave me was different from what I was told. so, I change my mind, and they still charge my card and never gave my money back. So today i am at work in ********* and looked my account and they charged me 9 months later again, these people are scammers, and they steal your money. Stay away from this car place

    I cant even give them a star. They charged me after they were paid by Priceline and after confronting them, they changed their phone number..this is a scam. Steer clear!

    My Carwiz experience was terrible and they fraudulently took money from me from a "dent" in the car. Even with photos on pickup, they refused to accept the photos and took my damage deposit anyways. My bank and insurance can't contact them and I'm forced to pay the bill. Avoid at all costs even though you think you are getting a deal.

    Scam. It's been over 2.5 months and I have yet to receive my $500 deposit. SMH, this is ridiculous.
