DO NOT go here! It is NOT worth it, no matter the distance or the convenience. This organisation provides scummy and unethical customer support and resolution. Part of their business model is capitalising on auto-renewals even after the subscription was cancelled. The woman that I spoke with changed her story twice after speaking to management, denying the fact that their employee made a mistake in cancelling the subscription (or did he even) and in order to retain the $42 charge that was not justified, stated that I should have receipt of cancellation. Does that even make sense? This is the most scum of the earth business I have encountered!On a separate occasion, they are so business focused that sent another vehicle right after mine and by the ***** of God I was not rear ended inside the wash.As noted above, their staff isnt properly trained and/or careless both on site and administratively. Think about it - you work hard, live life by the rules, budget and are financially responsible, to have some scum of the earth people take your money and lie through their teeth. Would you trust your vehicle and your hard earned money with that type of unethical approach?I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. The fact that the woman on the phone lied and changed her story is beyond me!Aside from being scammed of my hard earned money, I am now concerned that they will continue billing me unless I take action to avoid that.
