      I originally signed up for a two-month promotion at $9.99/month starting in January. On 3/16, I was charged $***** for the third month. I later found that cancellations require a 3-day notice, but I chose to stay and requested a downgrade to a more affordable plan.However, I was charged $***** and then downgraded the very next day. No reasonable customer would knowingly pay full price for a higher-tier plan and immediately downgrade without receiving the full benefitespecially when no partial refund is offered. I have ask to upgrade my tier to ***** because I already paid ***** Ive emailed 34 times requesting an adjustment. **************** (****) responded, but unhelpfully claimed nothing could be done. This is very unfair. I have screen capture the email and amex payment of *****.

      Membership was cancelled on 2/24/25. Confirmation email received. Was charged the monthly fee on 4/14/25 to my credit card on file. Company will not get back to me to issue me a credit. Proof emailed to them of the confirmed cancellation for 2/24/25. Extremely unprofessional.

      On March 16, 2025, I came to LUV Car Wash (on *******************************************************************) to wash my car for a single wash, which costs $10. When I swiped my card on the card reader, the computer screen was black and didn't print out a receipt. When the attendant walked over to me, I asked them to give me a receipt and when they gave it to me, it showed that it had charged me $22.99. I asked him that I only wanted a single wash and he responded that he does not give refunds and that I can call the company number to report it. He then refused to talk to me and said to call the number he gave me. I called them a few times with no response, and when they finally called me back they said that they do not offer returns, that I am part of their 'membership" and can only cancel my membership without any refund. They then notified me that I was part of the membership program since November even though I never approved this. The car wash was offering a monthly membership for $10 (the price of a single wash) back in November and I had agreed to try it for one month ONLY. I specifically asked the attendant if this would renew every month and they said that it would only last for one month as part of the promotion. Now they said that I joined the membership in November and have been charging me $22 since December (after the 1 month promo ended). I have never approved any sort of membership or subscription and they are denying me any sort of compensation. The car wash is purposefully set up in order to trap you in a membership and then makes it very difficult to speak to the company. I was shocked to have realized that they have been charging me monthly without my consent. Thank you.

      I signed up for a 2 month trial period for unlimited carwashes for $9.99. I was totally aware of the end date when the regular price would commence after the promotion ended.I went to their website and following the instructions to cancel the service well within the 2 month promotion period.Upon checking my bank account I found that I was charged $41.99 for the month of March even though I canceled the service. I went on the website and spoke with someone virtually that gave me a case number. They also call and I tried without success, left a voice message. I then went to the carwash and told the manager and he cancelled the service again and told me to send the receipt via text so they would refund the $. I have been back 2 other times with the carwash where they said the money was refunded... it was NOT!I went to my bank to make sure they wouldn't keep charging me for the service.I called again this morning and they said they would not refund the money as I used the service past the promotion period which I did not!!They are a scam operation and clearly keeps charging people long after they discontinue the service.This is theft however and they are getting away with it!!!!

      On 2/8/25, I bought a car wash at Luv Car Wash located on ****************** in **********, ca. While inside the tube of the automated car wash, my vehicle was pushed into the vehicle in front of me causing front end damage to my car. The management denied that this happened, even though they were present in the tube. I rolled down my window best I could, since the sprayers were still running, and told the gentleman that my car hit the vehicle in front of me. This person denied that this happened. Once outside the tube, the vehicle driver that was in front of me jumped out of his truck to see if I was okay because he knew my car had bumped his. His truck did not sustain any damage. I entered the office to request a refund and to reinstate that my car was damaged and again they said my car did not hit anything. I was enraged at their candor so I left. A few minutes later the same individual that was inside the tube came out and took a picture of my front end damage.I have since filed an auto claim. Neither myself nor my insurance company has received any resolution from this company. Their has been a total of 3 communications from 2 people from Luv Car Wash but nothing since 2/20/25.

      they were charging me for carwash even though i did not subscribe to their monthly subscription. they were charging me ***** a month for a year while i was deployed to *************** as an active duty military. advise the public to not use their carwash or use credit card cause they will extract money from you without consent.

      On September 14, 2024, I went through the automatic drive through car wash at ***************************************** **. Lauderdale, Fl *****. The payment machine wasnt working so an employee was standing there to direct cars to proceed forward. The guy at the start of the wash waved me to come forward into the wash. My truck was not in the tracks properly and my steering wheel immediately started spinning as the soap covered my SUV. I could hear but not see a lot of clicking and banging. My truck tires shifted to the right and employee stopped the cycle and tapped on my driver side window. I He told me to reverse the truck to get back on the track. I was afraid so he reached in to help guide the steering wheel. Once I was aligned properly, he said everything was fine and he would restart the wash. I then proceeded through. The exit is right by a *********** station so there is very little space to pull over. I drove onto ************. At my next stop, I realized the front right side of my ****** Armada was torn up! I went back to the location, spoke with the employees that remembered I was just there they directed me to their manager, ****** *****. He took photos and wrote and incident report. ****** said all of the information would be sent to his district manager, **** ********. I expected to hear from the company the following week but I did not. I sent **** an email. On Sept. 18, his response email said my information was sent to the claims department and I should be hearing from them soon. As of today, Nov 5, 2024, I have not heard back at all. I have called and sent additional emails with the same photos, videos, and repair estimate of $4,067.13. Still no response. This company is giving me the run-around and trying to get away with not paying.Luv Car Wash needs to rectify this situation.

      LUV car wash at 2 separate locations has charged me and other members of my family a monthly fee without our consent and, when confronted, refused to refund those charges.When you drive up to the self-serve car wash, youre met by an attendant who asks you 2-3 different ways/times to sign up for their monthly program. When you say no, youre finally able to access and pay for the one-time wash.But, as is the case with 2 other family members, within 1 month of that service, the company begins charging that monthly fee regardless.The reason Im complaining to the BBB is that I dont think its an issue with 1 individual employee or location. Especially given the similar complaints and the Reddit and other posts Ive seen on the same topic, It seems like a corrupt business practice instigated by the corporate office.

      I went to the Luv carwash and was guided into the tunnel on to the Rollers crooked and instead of the employee Pushing the emergency Stop button he allowed my car to drop down onto the roller severing one of my tailpipes and destroying my bumper ?? I filed a damage report to no avail . No one so much as called to Say hello...This is unacceptable to me ...Then I'm told by employers I have to be nice to corporate are else they will prolong repairing my car ...THE *****

      BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS! My wife went to LUV's local Exton car wash back in March, and they convinced her to buy a ONE MONTH car wash card. She specifically asked if it was for just ONE month without any reoccuring charges. The person at the ***** location said that it was for just ONE Month with mo other strings attached. Lo and behold, we subsequently for several new charges!
