I received product in January 2024 and started getting billed monthly . I contacted the company to cancel but I still get charged monthly and receive product monthly. I want this to stop. All product received has not been opened and I want company to stop invoicing me. I request to return product for full refund.Business Response

I have not used my apetropics products everyday since I have been sick. I opened a bottle today and realized that mold was in the bottom of it. I have unopened bottles that mold is in also. The bottle I have been using has mold in it. It is horrible and disgusting. I have sent the company a email with pictures included. Ordered product August, 2023. After using the product for 2-3 weeks, decided product did not work as advertised and attempted to utilize their money back guarantee. Call customer service, canceled potential future shipments, advise unsatisfied w product and requested money back per companys guarantee. After several phone calls and emails, subscription was finally cancelled in March 2024. ( I only received 1 shipment, yet was charged $49.84 every month for 7 months. $348.88 total. Hello,I have been enrolled in a monthly subscription service with Apetropics. I paid $49.95 on Dec 29 and have not received shipment. I called customer service at ************ on jan 5 and was told shipment was enroute. I was not provided with a confirmation number and have not received the customary shipment email from this company. I also emailed them at ******************************* requesting status on shipment and/or refund request. I called the above reference number today and several times there was one ringtone and disconnect. On 10/5/23 I ordered several products from Apetropics in the amount of $494.?? due to the ads I saw and needed relieve of pain and since there were so many ads popping up about this company I believed it would be a good buy. On 11/7/23 called to return products was encouraged to wait longer for product to get full results. On 12/18/23 I returned products **** tracking and pictures of products returned. Tge 120 day product empty bottle refund is still pending. Thus far I've only been refunded $90. I have called 5 times to follow up and was told multiple times it would be refunded. THERE FULL REFUND 120 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS A LIE. I have emailed the company with no return apology or full refund as stated. I have all documented paperwork and still awaiting refund. Placed an order for $99.90 Adaptogenic mushrooms (gummies to help with energy) on May 10, 2023 which I received. Today I received a third package. I discovered that there have been two additional charges for the same amount (and I did receive additional bottles.) When I called to ask why because I did not agree to a subscription for this product and that I want to return/refund, they said they would only give me an 85% refund and that my account will be deleted. I have received the email from them stating my account has been deleted. But not the refund.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if they provide return shipment labels to return the product. Since I did not order the product, I will not pay to have it returned. They must supply a return label for this. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

On December 13, 2022, I received an order of two bottles of Apetropics One Chews via ***** I did not order this product. I did order a similar product via an online purchase approximately two months ago. I could not use the product as it was not compatible with other prescription medication I take. I attempted to contact the company at the phone number listed for customer service. I was on hold for approximately 15 minutes before I hung up. The reason I did not remain on the line longer is because every 30 seconds an announcement was made stating my phone number and asking if I wanted to be called back or press star to stay on the line for an agent. Eventually I got frustrated and hung up. The original order which was for $99.99 came with a guarantee that I could return even empty bottles for a full refund. I had two full and one almost full bottles to return but could never get a red number to return the product. Then I received this order and my card was charged for $99.99 again without my authorization. I never authorized the purchase and it was never disclosed as an ongoing order. I do not have any supporting document to upload however this second shipment had a packing list that listed ORDER NO. FA6DDB8859, REF NO. ******* AND DATE 12/05/2022. The description was: Apetropics One Chews - Strawberry Banana. SKU -01 I want a full refund of $99.99 for each order. Thank you for your assistance.Business Response
