    I enrolled with bright side solutions to settle my credit card debt. I was told that my money would be placed in an esgrove account. I was told that I could take my money back whenever needed. Ive decided to take my money out and was told I coudnt because they have provided me services. They havent provided any services.

    On all of my enrolled accounts, they told me to quit paying and when they sent letters for non payment we could then settle. I was led to believe that they would settle all of my accounts for me once I stopped paying. I was on the program for over two years, paid them $10,000, and they did not negotiate a single account. I was then sued by almost every account (3 still in limbo), still forced to pay my monthly amount to them while paying off the accounts that I got sued on. It ruined my credit. BOTTOM LINE: they are not a debt consolidation program, they dont negotiate your accounts, when you inevitably get sued for non payment (which you will) they remove that account from your file and you still pay your monthly premium while then being responsible for that lawsuit. I made my last payment in February of this year. I am now being sued again on one of the three remaining accounts that were remaining.

    They collected my money over 2 yrs ago well over $2500 and have not settled any of my debt , I got scammed! I want a refund in full, Im a senior living on social security of $1026 a month and in bad health! Isnt this illegal?

    Hi, I have a complaint against the debt ***air company Briteside Solutions. I do not remember seeing anywhere that I would forfeit my deposits if I were with them for more than 7 days, which is what I was told when I asked the *** when are they sending my refund. I was with them for about two months before cancelling out of the program on October 30th. 7 days I think is an unreasonable amount of time for a person to make up their mind on whether or not such a program would actually work for them or not. I asked the *** to send me this in writing but I haven't received anything as of yet. Had I've known that this was their policy I would not have joined their program. I don't believe they made this clear to me.

    They told me to quit paying all of the debt so they could dispute it. No disputes ever got done. I ended up finding another way to pay it off, and now they decided to put it on my credit report as a loan even though there were NO FUNDS DISPERSED. They were ZERO help. I now have to fight to get it off my report when it shouldn't even be there. It wasn't in the contract that they would put it on your report if you canceled the contract.

    Contacted client and she stated that the only issue she had was the item showing on her credit report. We explained that it was the credit builder loan included in her program and detailed in her contract and that because she canceled, it will be removed from her credit report. When asked if there was anything else she wanted to discuss, she stated that was all she was concerned about.

    Started the program with Briteside Solutions 2 years ago, making monthly installments into the program of ***** Consolidation. I finished paying the amount I was quoted, but non of my debts have been paid or negotiated. The accounts on my depts are higher and continue to rise, because nothing has been paid or negotiated on my behalf from this company. I am now receiving court summons from the credit card companies demanding payments. This company is nothing but a bunch of liers and no good company. They are not what they say they are, THEY ARE NOT A **** RELIEF COMPANY OR A **** CONSOLIDATION COMPANY. DO NOT PAY them any MONEY. This is not a recognized company, will only take your money with no out come. Take your money any pay your own depts.

    *** paid this company $4400 roughly to help me dispute my debts. About $370 monthly for one year now coming up in November. They could not settle my debt and I was sued for non payment. Theyve issued a refund for that account in the order of around 40 percent of what Ive paid. At $1900. The issue being this account make up around 85% of the debt they were trying to dispute. The refund is less than %50 of what Ive paid. The refund is in no way proportional to the account they could not settle. Which im now responsible for paying in full. I was not verbally made aware of the terms in our contract and now im paying them $2500 to settle a debt of $3500. Which I have personally negotiated down to $1500. They have now stated they do not issue refunds if I pay off my debt myself. I was not told any of this until recently. I feel decieived and manipulated by ***** at Briteside Solutions. I do not recommend people use this company.

    I initially started working with briteside solutions in 2022, being lead to believe via all conversations I had with them, that they were a debt consolidation company, as this was what everything they told me suggested. They pulled a personal loan for the amount of the debts that I had in the program, which i was to pay off with them monthly, and that loan was from consolidation capital. I worked with a representative who told me that I needed to stop making payments on the accounts that were put into this program, causing these accounts to default and accrue interest until they went to debt collectors. No one ever told me any of this going into the program. I made payments to them for 2 years, thinking this was going to pay off these accounts. I started to wonder what was going on when I received several court summons for accounts that were enrolled in this program, but nobody could give me any real answers about what was going on, only that they were going to handle getting them settled by giving me access to a lawyer to work with. The settlements made in court via these lawyers through the program were significantly more than when these accounts even went into the program, so I've now had to pay significantly more to the creditors, on top of the consolidation loan, which never actually consolidated anything.

    I signed up for Brightside solutions about 15 months ago. They stated when signing up that they would help get rid of any debt that I had as long as my monthly payments were made. Disregard any e mails any letters in the mail or phone calls from creditors because they would rid my debt over months of time. Now I am CONTINUOUSLY getting phone calls about how Im being sued over debt that was supposed to be handled by this company yet every month they are taking their money out of my account. I am over ***** given monies to this company and am about to have to shovel out more money to take care of the debt that I still owe. This is super inconvenient and overwhelming to the fact that I thought I was going to get this taken care of by them. Try to call no answer or phone doesnt work. Try to sign into my account wrong password. Reset the account still nothing Im at my wits end.

    This is a continuation of my original report . After writing saying how ********** did nothing to help my situation with my debt, they contacted me and offered me $700.00 , I declined and said that is not enough. They then offered me half of what I paid . I asked for a full refund . Which would be $3900 I know they were not a consolation company, but when signing up, they made it clear to me that they are the ones who help resolve the debt . And all I needed to do is what they guide me to do. There legal team totally dropped the ball, and when I spoke to them they said the gentleman I worked with in legal is no longer with the company.. I wonder why ! So Im looking for a full refund, I feel that all I did was pay monthly to a company that didnt do anything for me . Im now paying back more a lot quicker to pay off all the cards that filled lawsuits against me, I had to get a second job just to make ends meet and my credit is destroyed. I have contacted the attorney general and reported them . I asked for a full refund and was ignored . Half was not enough, and even the full amount isnt going to help, but at least I wont be out more money then i already am . THIS COMPANY SOUNDS GREAT IN THE BEGINNING, but BEWARE !
