5 starsI purchased a LMTD v2 and have put over 200 miles on it in the first week. It is a pleasure to ride and the up-front Colorado rebate made it even more affordable than I expected. I did a lot of research on different ebike options before I bought this one, and I am super happy with it. It's a LOT of bike for the price, and it has great looks to match. The torque sensor makes such a huge difference, providing the natural feel or riding a normal bike paired with the extra power of an ebike. I look forward to riding it each day and leaving my car in the garage!Review fromEliud F

4 starsI own a ride1up Prodigy (the original one) and have been using it for commuting to work across some pretty high hills. I had help from a local bike shop in assembling it, and it was a pretty painless process. I was a bit concerned about the third party companies they use to deliver. (In particular CEVA logistics), but in my case it arrived on time. The only concern I can think of is that your miles may vary with that particular issue.Still, it's a nice bike, and I use it daily for about 4 months and have put 900 miles on it. 1 stari have bought a core 5 rear wheel motor for my bike, and turned out it was the wrong part. i have been reaching out for 3 weeks for the return policy and been on hold every time i have reached out to them. i need the money to make the right purchase but im not getting any help through this process. this shows a lack of professionalism as ive been using this company for a number of years and sad to see these things happened to us fellow consumers. i have been patient through this process but i need a result so i can get to work on a consistent basis. please lets find a solution together. please contact me at as soon as possibleReview fromMichael M

1 starI purchased Core5 thru Ride1Up, 2yrs ago. Inwhich since have been discontinued. I began to have many troubles months after receiving my Ebike. Like many complaints about the Spokes falling apart and rear wheel whobbling. I believe that this occured because a design flaw in core 5. I reached out to customer service in April and let them know of my concerns; nothing but it's not covered. And in May I reached out. They stated I'm out of warranty.I ask that your company cover or share cost??! I've expressed I'm still within warranty in April. All Ebikes you provide reputation and marketing emphasize your bicycle's durability, reliability and safety. If your marketing campaigns are any indication, I am your target customer. I purchased 2 bikes, one for me and one for my wife. Rode these less than 200 miles and my back tire (of mine, the Lmtd version) kept wobbling more and more. Come to determine the cause, the spokes kept falling out. Reached out to the company and they stated since its past the 1 year warranty, its my problem. This is ridiculous. I did a great amount of research before buying. In particular, their founder, *********************** videos of how he wanted to build a top quality bike the manufacturer would stand behind. The have NOT stood behind their inferior product. More insulting, is the fact the *** and Founder will not respond to an email or voicemail. Disappointing.BUYER BEWARERide1UP

Exceeded my expectations. Purchased two Roadster V2's about a year and a half ago - one for myself and one for my wife, and we love them! They are lightweight enough that you can easily bring them up and down stairs. You can throw them on a car bike rack. They are affordable. And they ride like an actual bike, not an electric moped! I modified her bike with a cushy seat and raised the handlebars to a more upright position and she's in heaven. I contacted customer support about an issue mounting a rear rack and they responded the same day. Very happy with the Roadster V2 and the responsiveness of Ride1UP customer service.Ride1UP

Hello *******, we are very sorry the bike arrived with any damage. We pack every bike to avoid damage even if mishandled by the shipping provider. Being a direct to consumer ebike company, ordering online you get a much better value, quality components, at a lower price. In the event there is an issue or cosmetic damage, we do need to work with you within the terms and conditions agreed to for a resolution. Cosmetic damage does not warrant a replacement bike or free return shipping, but we can and have assessed a partial refund for those scratches and scuffs you reported. In this case, since the broken battery k*** was reported within the 1st 30 days, we can reimburse you to have the battery k*** replaced at your local bike shop. Fortunately, the bike can be charged and used without the battery k*** which is only needed to remove the battery from the bike.We are very sorry the bike arrived with any damage but we will make sure your bike is working properly so you can enjoy it.

Bad experience, I regret purchasing a bike from them. They will not honor their warranty for a faulty batter only after 3 months. They say they have a 1 year warranty but they will try their best not to honor it. Purchased a Revv1 and the kickstand was broken from the get go but only give you three days to file a claim on it, that tells me a lot of them are faulty and they will not help you after that. Their customer service will send you a generic email showing you how to fix an issue even after you have explained what is wrong, that tells me no one is really listening to your concern. I've owned a ********* Bike and ********************* bike and never had an issue with those bikes. Unfortunately, I got rid of them for this bike not realizing how bad this company is. I will definitely be purchasing from Aventon next time or go back to ********* bikes. Sure, they'll gladly take your money but will not honor their warranty if something goes wrong. I'm sure a lot of customers have a good experience but if you are one that does not, don't expect them to help. So many other options out there, I've even had better costumer service from a Chinese ebike company. Sad.Ride1UP

Hello *******, We are sorry to hear this. We never received documentation showing the kickstand was broken. You reported the s**** will not tighten, which indicates the nut came off and needs to be re-installed after being loosened too far. We did in fact send a replacement battery. We never stated that we would not send a battery but did request basic troubleshooting steps to verify the issue which is standard procedure for ebike companies given the battery is the most expensive component. Those steps in many cases resolve the issue faster than waiting for a replacement battery. However after reviewing the results of the troubleshooting you did, we did send a replacement battery. 1 starMy bicycle arrived damaged. The company informed me that the only way for me to get a refund would be to repackage the bike and then pay the reshipping costs myself. They also informed me that if the bike is damaged on reshipping, they will deduct the cost from any refund. A nightmare dealing with their support.
