When trying to start a lawsuit for my rental deposit, I was told by the legal center that this attorney has set up an LLC, B &P ********* Street LLC, which does not exist, This property is accepting money from the ****************** under section 8 and has been charging their tenants extra fees under the table, for pet rent on a monthly basis, which is illegal. This type of business practices needs to stop. Why have they been for years, allowed to take money from individuals who can least afford it? On several occasions I've attempted to get my security deposit back from EPM **************** on several occasions. Via phone calls, emails, certified letter and even contacted you, the BBB, all with no response from them. I am in the process of taking these business to court to *** for my deposit plus 2 times the amount of my security deposit, which I am *********** under **************** law. I believe it is this company and/or others that have dealings with this property that has been responsible for the continuous stalking, phone hacking and other scanless business practices that I've had to endure for more or less the past year. The living conditions that I had to live under the last 3 months of my tendency at the address related to these companies of harassment were horrendously terrifying and has left me with the signs and symptoms of P.T.S.D. it has taken me the last year of my life to put recover from the effects of that experience. Leaving me unable to support myself or take care of my daily household business needs due to the effects of the P.TSD. The amount of my security deposit was $1200
