      I have received an unsolicited letter from NationalFunding, in my business name, with a statement saying that my business is prequalified for $300,000. I HAVE NOT REQUESTED THIS. I do not want my business ruined due to my mail being stolen by thieves that know scam letters are being mailed out randomly. Please remove me from this fraudulent company’s mailing list. Thank You.

      On August 18, 2022, I received a congratulatory notice on "my account" from a company called NATIONAL FUNDING....I have MAJOR problems with this.....I have never heard of this company...let alone contacted them in any way shape or form....This was sent out of the blue....My issue is, that the company seems (based on complaints below) to send out pre-approved credit cards that anyone can activate! I received a credit card in the postal mail with NO NAME and my company's name on the card. I did not request this nor do I want to receive this. Anyone could have received this postal mailing and called and activated this card and then I would be the one held responsible for this. Just look at their BBB and ********** reviews - mostly BAD. How does this company have a A+ rating here on the BBB?!? They need to remove my name and my business from these fraudulent and dangerous postal mailings immediately and never contact me again or else I will seek legal counsel and damages for harassment and privacy shield violations. HEY BBB...READ YOUR OWN POSTS...GET OFF YOUR BUTTS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I keep receiving unsolicited mail over and over and over and over from National funding with a pre approved credit card for $300,000 and I have never contacted this company for any credit or loans nor does my company ***** *** want Any loans nor credit cards from this company. I have asked them repeatedly to stop and they haven’t. This is harassment and predatory lending. I demand you National Funding to remove my name and business information from your database and mailing list. They are sending these packets to a home that I sold and the new owner sent me this letter. I find this very disturbing . My information can easily be stolen and the cards activated and used illegally without my permission or without USTHF LLC permission. I do not want not one more of these letters being sent to my old property or any property of mine or I will slap a Civil lawsuit against your company fast seeking punitive damages.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
