    I ordered a couch on Amazon on July 31, 2024. Ceva called me to schedule delivery August 14, 2024. I sat at home the entire day and no one showed up. Called the number that was used for scheduling and was told I had canceled my appointment. After being told no, I did NOT cancel my appointment and I was still waiting, I was told to call the local location that supposidly had my couch. After calling that number I sat on hold for 32 minutes and didn't even talk to anyone. Called the main number back and was put on hold while the woman partnered with her manager to figure out what was going on. Come to find out it wasn't even at the local office and it was still in ****** (I live in ******).**** REACHED OUT to me. And couldn't deliver on the day they scheduled me for delivery. I have no idea when my couch is getting delivered now and was told it could take 1 day to 2 weeks for it to come from ****** to ******. Worst company to ever work with.

    On July 16, 2024 I ordered a wilderness tsunami 14.5 kayak through ******. The kayak arrived August 7. On inspection later I found numerous gouges, scratches, a dent and deep crease and the unsecured rudder assembly was damaged and unusable from banging around loose in one hatch compartment. Packing was a plastic bag and thin corregated paper. for the 3000 mile trip to my home. I contacted amazon for a full refund and return after amazon offered a partial refund but I found used kayaks in this condition for much less. I repeatedly attempted a call to wilderness but they never answered and a chat proved they really didn't care. I payed ******* for a new kayak and got used that I could buy local for 800. ****************** has probably the worst packing for shipping that I've ever seen.

    I have scheduled deliveries with them twice and once after they called me was to reschedule because a driver didn't show and after rescheduling to the next day, no call no show.

    I placed an order from Amazon. They chose to use CEVA for the delivery of my order. The order was to be delivered on Friday June 14, 2024. I never received an update on delivery until noticing a voice mail that they had attempted to deliver my package. I don't remember anything requiring a person to be home during drop off. I called the phone number and talked with the driver. He stated he was on the other side of town and would be back in my area in the afternoon. Well after waiting all afternoon my order never arrived. I left two text messages on Monday June 17, 2024 asked about the delivery status of my package and never received any text, e-mail or phone messages. back. On Tuesday June 18, 2024 I contacted CEVA by phone and after a 25 minute hold I found out I needed to reschedule my delivery. It would have been nice for them to note on their tracking site that I needed to reschedule the delivery. I found the whole ordeal to be very unprofessional and why they have an F rating. Amazon needs to avoid companies like CEVA.

    This company exists in 2024 with the following issues:inability to accurately track packages and provide customer information I have a package that is several days over the estimated delivery date with no eta given. This package is now showing that it's heading back to the shippers original location. I have not been contacted despite being promised contact within 24 hours of inquiry. No idea if their site is accurate, based on how bad everything else is. The website provides a delivery scheduling number to call that is disconnected. *************) See attachment.**** charged the vendor for 5 day economy shipping; we are beyond that with no ETA in site,I've been on hold with CEVA for 30 minutes; there's no estimated wait time.

    I ordered a swimming pool from Amazon and this company has lost it the pro number they gave me is incorrect and the other company says they cant find it with out the correct number I have been on the phone with them for the past three weeks Amazon said they will refund my money but I want to know where my pool went to companies need to be sure of names dates and numbers because theft is a huge problem in ***************** and it needs to be stopped.

    CEVA LOGISTICS was supposed to deliver my order today, February 22nd, 2024 between the hours of 1 pm and 5pm. However, **** decided to show up at my house FOUR HOURS BEFORE THE DELIVERY WINDOW ( 9 am) while I was at my husband's appointment for chemotherapy! As such, I called CEVA at ************, and was told that an email would be sent to management at the local office to have the order delivered between the scheduled timeframe. However, I was also advised to call the local office myself to try and resolve the problem. I called the local office at ************, and was told that it was the driver's fault. I inquired what was being done to resolve the issue, and the rep stated they use independent contractors and therefore they can't control what they do. I advised her that I needed to have the item delivered as scheduled, but she stated it wasn't going to happen. I told her that I would accept the delivery tomorrow (February 23rd) between 1 and 5 just as it was scheduled before because I wouldn't be available until 1 pm. She confirmed the appointment between 1 pm and 5 pm, but she scheduled it for 8 AM TO PM! Accordingly, I attempted to reach CEVA again to fix the problem, but I waited for almost an hour before I was hung up on. Absolutely the worst delivery company ever! Why is this company still in business!? DELIVER MY ITEMS AS SCHEDULED! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!P.S. CEVA showed up at my house on 2/16/23 with one of the items from my order even though I didn't schedule an appointment for 2/16, only 2/22. I'm attaching screenshots of the calls as well as the delivery appointment timeframe.

    12/7/2023: Ordered and paid for a 75 inch TV from BJ's to be delivered.CEVA was assigned by **'s to deliver.They missed 2 appointments to deliver.No notification to my email or cell phone It is now 12/19/23. I've paid over $1300 to BJ's but I still have no TV CEVA doesn't respond to emails or answer their phone

    Place order for a TV through woot.com price at $1474.74. Shipment date was 12/06/2023. Ceva logistics called to schedule delivery on 12/11/2023. Deliver was schedule for 12/15/2023 between 1pm and 5pm. on the day of delivery the driver text me from ************ and said he would be delivering between 9:30 and 10am. After a few text messages I agree to accommodation his schedule. at 11:30 when he did not show up i call the local *********** and ***************************** advised me that he was not going to deliver that day and i would have to reschedule. I told her that unfortunately the next day I would be home to receive it is two weeks out and I would be happy to stick with the originally schedule delivery time. The item was never delivered and the driver then marked that I had refused to package. I now can not get an answer on the phone. I have emailed the company and they only provide the contact info for the local office.

    Purchased a 2K TV from woot.com, and Amazon affiliate, and unfortunately they chose Ceva to ship the product to me. They have had it for almost a week now and the delivery scheduling link on the website does not work for my shipment. It states I should call them to schedule a delivery. Called them twice today, stayed on hold for an hour each time and not a single person picked up. Said that there was only "one person ahead of me.". Sent them an email 24 hours ago and still no response. I will be canceling my order with woot and encouraging them to discontinue service with this mismanaged company that is completely unresponsive with non-working scheduling links.
