90 day return policy with receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on custom countertops or As-Is items. You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns and exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database used only for authorizing returns.
Mattress Return Policy
Try you new mattress at home for 90 days- and if you don't love it, you can exchange it for another IKEA mattress. You may exchange you mattress once within 90 days if you don't love it. Return your mattress with your receipt to the store and select your new IKEA mattress. We are unable to accept you mattress if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.
